Hmm. Selling the used uniforms on E-bay could be worth considering.
I was thinking that simply buying them by the gross would provide sufficient savings. (It is one-size-fits-all, isn't it?)

Er... sure. For the headphones yes. I'm assuming a couple of different sizes for the rest of the uniform. I guess it depends on the stretchiness of the material.
