Mine is "A History Of The Vikings" by Gwyn Jones. It is extremely well-written and very comprehensive, and includes a lot of myths and what events they were based on.
It includes photos of whatever has been found, up to the time the book was written. And drawings/maps of settlements in various places. Good reading.
