Keep the old house too. She will be grown in a blink of an eye. My daughter is 25 working and married and my son is 23 and working on not getting married!
I can't afford to keep the old place.
We cashed out both IRAs and Caitlin's college money to pay cash for this little place here.
Need to sell the other, which had become a liability anyway.
(Quite old and propane is expensive and taxes just kept going up and up...)
