Spidey is the best :) I used to have either the original or a reprint of every issue. Batman is probably my next favorite because I like the Batcave and the gadgets and the whole atmosphere. I'd tend to put Superman third out of those three--he's cool because he can do stuff nobody else can do, but he can't get hurt which limits his character development and plots, and Batman's got more toys (though Supes does have the Fortress of Solitude which is cool). I think my favorite Superman was where he raced Flash around the world and then around the universe. I like listening to the old Superman radio shows on tape.

I like Spiderman, but always had a real soft-spot for Superman.
