Pinkey and the Brain is a very TWISTEd funny cartoon, about an abnormally intelligent, genetically modified Lab Mouse who wants to "Take Over the World"!
His side-kick Pinky, haas a cockney accent, and always sounds like he has the sniffles.
Pinkey is kind-hearted, but alas, insane, and dumb as a post.
Cartoon Network shows them 10 pm weekdays.
