considering that John Kerry had his first marriage annulled it technically never happened. Therefore, this would be the illegitimate daughter of John Kerry would it not? It just shows how much John Kerry thought of his children that he would'nt even honor the union that produced them to the point of admitting its existance. What a scum bag.

Annulments in the Church do not affect the civil standing of the partners, nor of their children.
It is incorrect to say that children of annulled marriages are "illegitimate." They are not.
