Atlanta's MILITARY FACILITIES MAY have been a legitimate target, but NOT the INNOCENT CIVILIANS, who were INTENTIONALLY ABUSED,RAPED, ROBBED & MURDERED by the filth in blue.

Some confederate troops did the same thing to their people at about the same rate it appears. Was Lee a war criminal also?
