Living aboard Parris Island thereafter as a Classroom Subjects Instructor, after I left, I always missed hearing the constant Cadence Calling all over the base.

I missed hearing them when we left.
My son helped keep me going with "AYE Sirs!!" & "LIGHTS LIGHTS LIGHTS!!" during the drive home. (His younger brother thought he was going to sleep on the way home...Ha!)

I'll have to admit that a Chess Tournament doesn't really sound that exciting (but am sure much of it has to do with not knowing a thing about Chess!); I like Bridge, though. :)
