Our legal team, American Freedom Law Center, which has triumphed on our behalf more times than I can count, has prevailed today against a frivolous, hoax lawsuit by the infamous “clockboy.” You remember Ahmed Mohamed (aka clockmed). He took apart an LCD digital clock and stuck it in a box. What he put together resembled a homemade bomb. Ahmed brought a strange ticking device to his high school that set off alarms and fear. When teachers and school administration officials became concerned for the safety of the students, they walked into Clockmed’s trap. The student was detained for having...

For the last several weeks major media organizations had been loudly vocalizing their belief that this year might see the Electoral College swinging the election against November 8th's winner because of an unusual number of defectors. In fact, there were an unusual number of defectors yesterday, but not from Donald Trump: Trump managed to win 304 of his 306 possible Electoral Votes. However, in what was quite the media shocker, Hillary Clinton actually lost five of her electors, winning only 227 of 232 possible Electoral Votes. Three of her defectors voted for Colin Powell, one for a Native American protester,...

WASHINGTON, Dec. 1 (UPI) -- An estimated $108 billion in student loans will be forgiven in the next two decades as a growing number of borrowers seek income-driven payment assistance programs, the Government Accountability Office said Wednesday. The GAO, in a report to Congress that analyzed the cost of income-driven repayment plans, found some $29 billion more in student loans will be discharged due to borrower death or disability. Overall, the sum is double the amount estimated by the U.S. Department of Education, the report found. The GAO criticized the department for underestimating the cost of the repayment plans and...

MADISON, Wis. (WBAY) – A Dane County judge has knocked down Jill Stein’s request to conduct Wisconsin’s recount exclusively by hand to rule out any electronic tampering with the results. Judge Valerie Bailey-Rihn said Stein’s experts couldn’t present “clear and convincing evidence” that Wisconsin voting equipment was compromised, only that it was possible. “A hand recount is the gold standard, it’s the best we can do. I don’t think there’s any dispute to that,” the judge said, and she noted there’s no difference in cost to taxpayers since the campaign pays for it. “However, it’s not the court’s decision to...

President Barack Obama has not ruled out pardoning Hillary Clinton before he leaves office in early January despite her not being charged with a crime. Bill Clinton self-proclaimed secret love child is appealing to borrow Monica Lewinsky's notorious stained dress to conduct DNA testing. Danney Lee Williams Jr., 30, believes that the former White House intern's famous blue dress contains the key to proving that he is the former president's illegitimate son. Williams has long claimed that he is the son of Clinton who met his prostitute mother while she was working on the streets of Little Rock, he claims. The 30-year-old's claims garnered international attention in 1992, as then-Arkansas Gov Clinton was gearing up to run for president. Just last month, Williams had threatened...

Senate Democratic Leader Harry Reid said on Sunday that FBI Director James Comey may have violated the Hatch Act, barring political activity by federal employees, through a late election season letter to Congress about the scope of the bureau's probe of Hillary Clinton's private email service as secretary of state. Comey's letter on Friday to congressional committee chairs said the FBI is reviewing newly discovered emails that might be linked to Clinton's private server. The new emails were found several weeks ago, law enforcement officials told CNN Sunday, but the FBI did not disclose them until Friday. The timing raises questions...

ST. LOUIS (AP) -- Donald Trump, on the defensive since a video came out depicting him using vulgar language about women and seeming to condone sexual assault, held a pre-debate appearance Sunday with women who accused Bill Clinton of rape and unwanted sexual advances.Trump has telegraphed for days that he was going to make the accusations against the former president a part of his White House campaign. Hours after WikiLeaks held an early morning press conference commemorating their 10th anniversary, hacker Guccifer 2.0 released a trove of documents he claimed were from the Clinton Foundation. WikiLeaks tweeted the 800+MB of files hacked by Guccifer 2.0 shortly after. In an appearance on BBC’s “Newsnight” that aired Tuesday, comedienne Amy Schumer vowed to move to Spain if Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump wins the presidential election. Schumer questioned critics of Trump’s opponent Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, calling the people that “aren’t informed.” “That’s what I’m saying with the not being informed because those people aren’t informed,” Schumer said. “You know, if you go, ‘Why don’t you like Hillary?’ they’ll go, ‘She lied about her emails. What else is she going to lie about?’ People get one fact and that’s what they latch on to about a candidate. They’ll...

Qureshi, who graduated Harvard Law School in 1997, is a partner in the D.C. office of Latham & Watkins LLP, specializing in healthcare fraud, securities violations, and cases involving the False Claims Act, according to a White House statement. Corrupt progressive union officials control the ports and transit hubs of Oregon. ♦ This is the same type of missile recently admitted as being “accidentally” shipped to Cuba. ♦ In a little discussed 2014 article, the Obama administration announced they were sending 5,000 of these missiles to Iraq. ♦ Is it possible these sketchy transfers are lining up to be a similar problem evidenced in Operation Zero Footprint?
