A Russian rescue helicopter has been shot down by Syrian rebels while searching for pilots missing after Turkey downed a Russian jet. Iranian Defense Minister Brigadier General Hossein Dehqan says the country will take delivery of Russian-made S-300 surface-to-air missile defense system by the end of the year.
