Progressive media pundit Nomiki Konst is under fire for her comments accusing Ohio State University Officer Alan Horujko of having “rushed to judgment” by shooting terror suspect Abdul Razak Ali Artan, who carried out an attack at the school this past Monday. (video below) Fox News host Megyn Kelly had asked Konst for her thoughts on the following tweet from Democrat Tim Kaine, which prematurely described the incident as an act of gun violence. Konst responded by saying, “Senator Kaine should not have rushed to judgment, should have waited for the facts to come in, as should have the police...

“Our response to this situation matters. If we respond to this situation by casting aspersions on millions of people that adhere to a particular religion or if we increase our suspicion of people who practice a particular religion, we are more likely going to contribute to acts of violence than we are to prevent them.” Of course we should not cast aspersions on people who had nothing to do with this jihad attack. But this kind of talk is used to preclude any examination of the motivating ideology underlying such attacks, and that leaves us more vulnerable to more such...

The case of Abdul Razak Ali Artan, the Somali-born Islamic terrorist who ran over and stabbed 11 people with a butcher knife at Ohio State may be what President Obama calls a "teachable moment." We can feel great sympathy for the victims, but it is also fair to point out that some of the policies advocated by said victims helped contribute to this tragedy. And the fact is that a large number of Ohio State faculty and students are strongly pro-Islamic immigration

Is it just me? What does "searching for motives" mean? As if Islamist like this Abdul Razak didn't clarify himself well enough. A Somali refugee and Ohio State University student plowed his car into a group of people on campus Monday and slashed them with a butcher knife — and police are now investigating whether the attack was an act of terror, federal sources told The Post. “He did exhibit some of the methods encouraged by terror groups who can’t attack the US themselves,” a federal source said. When the attack began, police issued an “active shooter” alert that prompted a campus-wide lockdown and chillingly ordered students to “run, hide, fight.”

2009 - fire jihad - Australia Bushfire Jihad by Daniel Pipes Mar 26, 2009 updated Jul 4, 2015 As fires swept through a hot and dry Victoria State, Australia in February 2009, some observers (including myself) wondered if this might not be an Islamist attack on the country. But one stayed quiet, not having proof. Now, Mervyn F. Bendle, a senior lecturer in History and Communications at James Cook University, Queensland, has come out and made the argument in a 6,000-word article, "Australia's nightmare: bushfire jihad and pyroterrorism," in the National Observer. Bendle marshals an impressive body of evidence. But...
