I’d love to see our military make a rather large air drop into Afghanistan, then leave.

They can take Code Pink, Cindy Sheehan, the 9/11 hags, the entire administration, the ACLU and every single liberal ass in this country who believes enemy combatants or terrorists deserve constitutional protections.

Unless, of course, the perp might happen to be a psychiatrist and major who brazenly assassinated a dozen or so soldiers, civilians and unborn. If I were president and an American soldier were hailed before one of these international tribunals, I guarantee that they would get to see up close and personally the awesome power of Marines and Rangers, and it would be done in such an “in your face way” that internationalist weenies would be pissing their pants for the remainder of their lifetimes. These assholes who contribute nothing of consequence and take no risks, but suppose they have something to say in the real world are worse than terrorists. They are the real crimes against humanity, living the good life with no regard for anything but their next piece of ass.

The fact that Mr. Ocampo mentioned the Sudanese perpetrator of genocide in the same breath with alleged crimes of NATO soldiers shed light on what the International Criminal Court may have in store for the U.S. in the future.

The US should never give any international body jurisdiction over anything that happens in the US, or anything done by US military personnel in foreign nations. This is just one more battle line between those who value US sovereignty and the America haters who want to weaken us.

No accident that Slick signed agreements that put us on the road to signing up to the ICC, and no accident that Hillary expressed "great regret" that we didn't sign on in the past.

I expect Obama will sign on if he thinks he can get away with it without too much political damage.

It is so critical that Obama be stopped cold in the 2010 election with a congress he cannot get ANYTHING through. First he must be stopped, then voted out. The best thing for our nation would be a crushing defeat for him at the hands of voters, so he is always remembered as a Jimmy Carter.

Am I the only one who believes Holder with Obama’s support would allow our military to be tried in a military tribunal and sentenced to death for following orders but would allow any member of the Taliban or Al Quada to be brought to the US and tried in an American court room with full constitutional protections?

If indeed Barry is apart of this or in any way, shape, or form in agreement with this: Will Barry likewise be held accountable for those civilain deaths related to his approval of the use of drones to attack targets?

American soldiers are not faceless Hessians. They are our sons and daughters. They are last years high school senior class. Any attempt to ship an american soldier to the ICC must be resisted in any way that is effective. Rescuing and hiding the soldier away, is *utterly moral* in that circumstance until Obama can be voted out.

If Obama allows this happen even once, or signs the treaty, it is high treason and he must be quickly removed from office.

Turning over American soldiers over to a foreign entity to be tried is a bright red line, which must not be crossed.

(IsraelNN.com) First response to the government’s construction freeze: A Palestinian terrorist attacked Jews with a knife at the gas station in Kiryat Arba, near Hevron, wounding a man, 45, and a girl, 16. The terrorist was shot and killed by a soldier and a guard; the soldier is of the Nachshon Regiment, which was in the news recently for signs waved by some of its members against being used to remove Jews from their homes.

The woman and man are reportedly in light condition. A Magen David Adom emergency crew arrived quickly on the scene, as did police and army forces.

Part of a road between Kiryat Arba and Hevron, known as Worshipers’ Path because it is frequented by Jews on their way to pray in Hevron, was recently opened to Arab traffic - despite warnings by residents that it would increase security risks.

I saw the aftermath of this incident in passing, as I was coming home from work on the bus. By the time we got there, there was only one ambulance. The bus stopped, and and one passenger, an IDF member, descended, demanding of his fellow soldiers, “mah karah?” (What happened?) and ran towards the scene, which was already thick with IDF and police officers, vehicles flashing light, and the road full of blocked traffic. The bus driver phoned a friend to find out more, and relayed to everyone on the bus, “hargu shnei anashim,” (they killed two men), and couldn’t find out anything more specific. As it turns out, I now discover from Arutz Sheva, it was one fatality, the perpetrator (Ooo, yeah!:-), and two wounded.
Contrary to Paragraph Three of the story, however, this occurred at the filling station at the entrance to Kiryat Arba, and not on the “Worshippers’ Path”. I did not tell my wife or seven-year-old son about the incident. The former is already upset enough about a terrible traffic accident that occurred recently, killing one member of our community and wounding several others, and the latter is too young to understand such things. They’ll find out about it soon enough through neighborhood grapevines, but not from me.
