The risky nature of the United States' entanglement in the Syrian civil war ratcheted up a notch when pilots of our NATO ally, the United Kingdom, were given the okay to shoot down Russian fighter aircraft if they feel threatened by them. Russia has outlined new plans for a wartime government regime, the Izvestia newspaper reported Tuesday. The country's wartime strategy was fine-tuned following special military exercises, the newspaper wrote. I know GOP is pretending to confront Russia on Allepo. She is all talk of war yet promotes START treaties. Yet I think it would be worth it to make a Goldwater type accuzation on her, with a political ad showing her starting WWIII with images of Atomic explosions over LA.

The Obama administration on Friday officially accused Russia of attempting to interfere in the 2016 elections, including by hacking the computers of the Democratic National Committee and other political organizations. Russia has ordered the US not to carry out airstrikes on Syrian army positions, warning that sophisticated air defence systems are now up and running. Putin has ordered the deployment of S-300 and S-400 units in order to protect troops on the ground.
