<p>Update (11-11-14): According to the Alaska Division of Elections Sullivan has picked up approximately 5,300 votes to 4,650 for the BigItch thus far.</p> <p>That’s 10,000 previously uncounted ballots, and the Sullivan gain has extended slightly. Dems were hoping for ridiculously lopsided BigItch votes for a comeback. So far so good. I thought you may want to refresh this thread in breaking since we have hard numbers to update.</p>

In an interesting coincidence, in a number of precincts, Republican Ed Gillespie received fewer than 10 votes. Yet, this was not because of a lack of eligible voters. Instead, Gillespie's opponent, Mark Warner, did extremely well in such precincts, drastically out-gaining his opponent. Warner went on to win. Added together, the precincts that Gillespie received 9 or fewer votes adds up to 98. In those same precincts, Warner received an astounding 5,657 votes. Election officials in San Antonio, Texas are examining a disabled voting machine after it allegedly left Republican gubernatorial candidate Greg Abbott's name off of the ballot. Earlier on Tuesday, the machine was being utilized in Bexar County's First Chinese Baptist Church of San Antonio. Bexar County Election Administrator Jacque Callan told local media outlet KENS 5 that the machine was "experiencing issues." According to Callan, the machine has a counter which will allow election officials to determine exactly how many voters used it. At this point, there is no explanation as to how -- or why -- the glitch occurred.

As voters across the state report voting machine irregularities this Election Day, ten machines have been taken out of service in Anne Arundel County. A handful of voters who contacted The Capital Tuesday said their votes were flipped from Republican candidates to Democrats. Another voter said his vote on a ballot question was switched. Donna Duncan, Maryland Board of Elections assistant deputy for election policy, said 34 reports of faulty voting machines had been filed statewide by early afternoon. Fifteen machines were taken out of service across the state, including the 10 in Anne Arundel County as of 4:40 p.m.

In at least two polling locations, voting machines are changing votes for Pat Roberts to votes for Greg Orman. The machines were located in Overland Park, Kansas. Just voted in Fairfax county. Machine takes ballot and simply indicates that I voted. It doesn't provide any indication of how it actually scanned my ballot so as far as I know, I could've just voted for Dr.Doolittle. Sounds like good potential for electronic voting fraud here.

The Bernalillo County Clerk's office mailed absentee ballots to three dead voters, according to an Albuquerque man named Carlos Villanueva, who brought the ballots into the Secretary of State's Office Monday morning.
