It is difficult to describe the enormity of the crime being committed by the Obama administration and their Democratic allies. They flagrantly flout the law, while simultaneously turning it into a weapon against political opponents, use government agencies to target innocent Americans, attempt to create legal voters through amnesty, and undermine voter integrity measures to facilitate vote fraud, while denying it even exists. In short, they are corrupting the entire process. Thus, it is fitting to begin this report by recounting a story of deliberate, blatant official voter fraud.

George Soros and Democracy Alliance Billionaires are Plotting to Hijack the 2014 Election Posted By Daniel Greenfield In The Point With polls showing a Republican landslide in 2014, the corrupt financial interests that invented the Obama era are plotting to undermine democracy with a group named, what else, the Democracy Alliance. Leading the effort is international economic terrorist George Soros. The former Nazi collaborator has grown quite wealthy under Obama’s reign and is determined to keep him in power for as long as possible. A group of wealthy liberal donors who helped bankroll the Center for American Progress and other...

So will racism and "Republicans Stopping Minorities" from acquiring a Photo-ID going to be the only issues Democrats will run on?,When they argue this issue on FOX News, someone needs to bring this up.Minorities have ample time to acquire a photo-ID.How busy can minorities be being they can't find the time to request a proper ID?,especially when in some areas they have 40/50 per-cent unemployment. As conservatives,we all know that Democrats are just trying to get them to vote with no identification and go from one precinct to another come election week.

(Reuters--LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas--An Arkansas judge ruled unconstitutional for the second time in about a week a new law requiring voters to show a photo ID, but said on Friday there was not enough time to prevent officials from applying the law at primary elections this month. Pulaski County Circuit Court Judge Tim Fox said he was staying his order because to do otherwise would create "turmoil" in thousands of precincts. Last week, he said the law was "void and unenforceable." Nearly three dozen U.S. states have voter identification measures, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures. Many Republicans have...

On Tuesday Bill Clinton was able to help perpetuate Democrat voter fraud through a ruling from Federal Judge Lynn Adelman. Adelman, who has been a Democrat State Senator, was lauded by the American Civil Liberties Union for his ruling which is based on tortured logic. In making his decision Adelman indicated that he didn’t see a Democrat voter fraud problem in Wisconsin so there was no need for a law against it. By taking this position this sleazy fake jurist ruled that Wisconsin could not act proactively to prevent a crime that, in his view, only happens elsewhere if at...

If the state provides free IDs, is there really an “unjustified burden” on poor voters? To better understand the contrast between an activist, liberal judge who refuses to follow the law and a judge who understands that his job is to follow precedent and the Constitution, consider two recent federal cases on voter-ID laws. On Tuesday, federal-district-court judge Lynn Adelman — a Clinton appointee, former Democratic state senator, and former Legal Aid Society lawyer — held that Wisconsin’s voter-ID requirement violates Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act, as well as the Fourteenth Amendment, because it places “an unjustified burden on...

If there is one thing I learned in the 2012 election cycle, it was about voter fraud. My conservative warrior associate, Katherine Engelbrecht, and her organization, True the Vote, took up the mantle against the St. Lucie County Supervisor of Elections, Gertrude Walker, who admitted to sending “questionable” results to the Florida Secretary of State. It was somewhat disheartening that the Florida Secretary of State and Attorney General sat back, watched the news reports, and did nothing. With a wave of the pen --actually, 90 pages of waving-- U.S. Federal District Judge Lynn Adelman in Milwaukee struck down Wisconsin's three year old voter identification law on Tuesday. As The Atlantic's Andrew Cohen noted yesterday "[i]t is far from certain that the ruling will withstand review by the very conservative 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals or the even more conservative Supreme Court, which in 2008's Crawford v. Marion County declared that state voter-ID laws could be constitutional." In other words, Cohen admits that Adelman almost certainly got it wrong, that his ruling will be reversed, and that...

Critics of tough voter ID laws are running out of time and options in their efforts to knock down those barriers ahead of this year’s midterm elections. Opponents got good news last week, when a state judge struck down Arkansas’s law, and another jolt Tuesday, when a federal judge ruled Wisconsin’s law, which wasn’t yet in effect, was unconstitutional. But their enthusiasm could be short-lived. At least eight states are still slated to have strict photo ID requirements in place in November, leading voting rights advocates to send dire warnings about potential disenfranchisement at the polls this year. Yet on...

A federal judge in Milwaukee has struck down Wisconsin's voter Identification law, saying it unfairly burdens poor and minority voters. U.S. District Judge Lynn Adelman issued his long-awaited decision Tuesday. It invalidates Wisconsin's law. Wisconsin's law would have required voters to show a state-issued photo ID at the polls. Supporters said it would cut down on voter fraud and boost public confidence in the integrity of the election process. But Adelman sided with opponents, who said it disproportionately excluded poor and minority voters because they're less likely to have photo IDs or the documents needed to get them. Wisconsin's law...

MILWAUKEE — A federal judge in Milwaukee struck down Wisconsin's voter identification law Tuesday, saying a requirement that voters show a state-issued photo ID at the polls imposes an unfair burden on poor and minority voters. U.S. District Judge Lynn Adelman sided with opponents of the law, who argued that low-income and minority voters aren't as likely to have photo IDs or the documents needed to get them. Adelman said the law violated the U.S. Constitution's guarantee of equal protection.

Kentucky Republican Sen. Rand Paul said voter fraud should stop, but suggested that Republicans have overemphasized the problem in an interview with David Axelrod Tuesday.“Dead people do still vote in some elections. There still is some fraud. And so we should stop that, and one way of doing it is (driver’s licenses).” Paul said, according to a Washington Post transcript.“Although the incidence of fraud is relatively small,” Axelrod responded.“It probably is, and I think Republicans may have overemphasized this. I don’t know,” Paul responded.According to the Post, Paul noted that he does support voter ID but unlike some Republicans, who...

Voter Fraud? If they’re not catching the easy stuff, what else are they “missing”? Are some of Florida’s Supervisors of Elections skirting the law? Supervisors are tasked with maintaining an accurate voter roll. One of the requirements on the Supervisors is to ensure that voters provide a legal residence address. Yet a December 2013 analysis shows more than 3,000 voter registrations statewide listing their residence address at a UPS store, potentially illegally. Florida Law is clear and, with minor exception, requires that voter registrations listing other than an address of legal residence should not be accepted, because they are “ineligible”...

An Arkansas judge struck down the state’s new voter ID law on Thursday, saying it violates the state constitution by adding a requirement that voters must meet before casting a ballot. Pulaski County Circuit Judge Tim Fox voided the measure in a lawsuit over the way absentee ballots are handled under the law. A separate lawsuit had been filed last week directly challenging the law, which requires voters to show photo identification before casting a ballot. The law “is declared void and unenforceable,” Fox wrote in the ruling.

RICHMOND, Va. – A crosscheck of voter rolls in Virginia and Maryland turned up 44,000 people registered in both states, a vote-integrity group reported Wednesday. And that’s just the beginning. “The Virginia Voters Alliance is investigating how to identify voters who are registered and vote in Virginia but live in the states that surround us,” Alliance President Reagan George told the State Board of Elections. George acknowledged that the number of voters who actually cast multiple ballots is relatively small. In the case of Maryland and Virginia, he revealed that 164 people voted in both states during the 2012 election....
