Considering what we all know has happened to the US posture towards terrorism under the current regime, the question becomes why haven’t there been more larger and organized attacks in the US the past couple of years? I have my theories but I was wondering what my fellow FREEPERS thought about the topic.

"Jihad Johnny" Walker Lindh told investigators after his capture in Afghanistan last October that al Qaeda terrorists had plans for a least two additional attacks on the U.S. beyond the Sept. 11 assaults on the World Trade Center and Pentagon.
