British police forces arrested at least nine people a day for “offensive” online comments last year. Colossal Hurricane Ophelia is currently churning through the Atlantic Ocean around 295 miles away from the Portuguese Azores with winds of up to 100mph. Ophelia, now upgraded to a category 2 hurricane, is expected to smash into the UK on Sunday night, according to the National Hurricane Center.
