A Northwest District Court judge has dismissed a disorderly conduct case against a Williston man who, last fall, drove a truck displaying graphic photos of aborted fetuses. Judge Paul Jacobson dismissed the case against Robert Arthur Rudnick on Monday. While on patrol on July 31, a Williston police officer stopped a vehicle driven by Rudnick that was towing a trailer with graphic signs taped on both sides. Rudnick was one of many people in North Dakota advocating on behalf of Measure 1, which would have added an "inalienable right to life of every human being at any stage of development"...

Police had arrested Robert Dean Roethlisberger Jr. 44, of Missouri near the Mall of Georgia the day after Thanksgiving when he refused to remove images on a "Truth Truck," owned by Operation Rescue, an anti-abortion group. Police, who said the images were "obscene and vulgar", also impounded the truck and removed the banners. In an e-mail Monday to the Gwinnett Daily Post, Szabo (County Solicitor) said, "To ensure no abridgement of...

LLM's Truth Truck was impounded yesterday by the Detroit City Police, and Dennis Green, director of Life and Liberty Ministries, was arrested, cuffed and taken to jail. LLM's Truth Truck arrived in town on Friday and met with immediate opposition from the Detroit Police Department. On Friday evening, Dennis Green was issued a ticket for having no vehicle registration even as the ticketing officer held the reistration in his hand. Even though a supervisior was on the scene and was made aware of the bogus ticket, he refused to intervene and chose rather to let the injustice occur. On Saturday,...

Super Bowl XL won’t be the only attraction that people will be talking about in Detroit. On February 3-5, LLM's Truth Truck will be on the streets of Detroit to show the reveling masses the hard truth about abortion. For more than three decades, America has sacrificed its children to be killed on the altar of convenience. Each year comes and goes with its parties, celebrations, and games. Little thought is given to the fact that babies are daily being murdered as we live our lives to the fullest. Will there be another 30+ years of blood to answer for...

In July of 2004, LLM's Truth Truck was pulled over by a Connecticut State Police Officer. This out-of-control Officer demanded that I immediately remove the pro-life messages that were displayed on the truck. He then proceeded to arrest my passenger, Michael Marcavage, charging him with two fabricated crimes. Then I was instructed to leave the State immediately or risk arrest myself. Today we received word that the prosecutor was no longer pursuing the case against Michael and entered a nolle prosequi. Nolle Prosequi defined: Latin for "we shall no longer prosecute." At trial, this is an entry made on the...
