<p>French police on Monday arrested 11 people suspected of helping to arm the Tunisian who killed 86 people by driving his truck into a crowd in Nice, sources close to the investigation said.</p>
<p>Ten suspects, including one or more Albanians, were arrested in various parts of Nice and another was detained in the western city of Nantes, the sources said.</p>

A crash involving dozens of vehicles and a tractor-trailer shut down Interstate 95 in South Baltimore Saturday morning. At least two people were killed and 15 were injured in the icy pileup, three of those seriously. Emergency crews at the scene said at least 55 vehicles and one tanker were involved in the crash near the exit for Washington Boulevard on I-95 south just before 5 a.m.

A lorry has struck a crowd during Bastille Day celebrations in the southern French city of Nice, media reports and witnesses say. The incident took place on the Promenade des Anglais during a firework display, the reports said. One image on Twitter showed about a dozen people lying on the street, some being tended to. FALLING WATER, W.Va. — A tractor-trailer loaded with more than 100 head of cattle overturned on Interstate 81 Saturday morning, spilling its bovine cargo and blocking the southbound lanes for four hours, according to the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office. A pair of elephants helped rescue the truck they were riding in when it got stuck in the mud on a trip from New Orleans to Dallas.
