Raleigh, N.C., citizens are on alert after two cases of black mob violence in two nights in their downtown. The attacks are the latest in a series of episodes of racial violence in the area. The local ABC affiliate was the only media outlet to report that last Tuesday, a group of at least 15 black people stalked and beat a homeless woman after she saw them coming and tried to get out of their way. In contrast to most cases of black racial violence, local journalist Kelli O’Hara actually identified the mob the way victims and the police did:...

Allen West, beloved Tea Party candidate, is telling D.C. bloggers he’ll take a run at Marco “Speaks With Forked Tongue” Rubio’s Senate seat in 2016. “If I see people are not taking our country down the right path, God will set my feet on the right path,” said the Colonel. (1) Rubio’s fatal mistake was to coax the Tea Party into backing him–and back him they did, right into the Senate’s front door–and then promptly putting in with old guard, Senate liberals who were playing him for a fool. This mistake just may doom his re-election bid. It’s something you...

The Senate Judiciary postponed their hearing on "Stand Your Ground" laws on Tuesday morning, after the mass shooting at the Washington Navy Yard one day earlier. "Stand Your Ground" came into national prominence last year after George Zimmerman shot and killed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in Florida, where the law allows people to use deadly force to defend themselves. Martin's mother was expected to testify, along with the parents of Jordan Davis, another unarmed, black teenager killed in Florida. RT's Meghan Lopez talks to Jordan's father Ron Davis and his lawyer, John Phillips, about the controversial legislation.

It’s an obvious question. After George Zimmerman was acquitted Obama got on TV and gave a very racially divisive speech condemning the law, the legal system and America’s treatment of blacks. He made it clear he believes that blacks are treated almost as bad as they were in the 1950s, in spite of his four years in charge making progress. And Dividing America into opposition groups against one another is how Obama won two elections. And now this Navy Yard mass shooting After all as liberals endlessly lecture us : ‘words mean things’ and 'they have consequences'. After all they...

Everyone elected president comes into office modeling himself on some predecessor: Abraham Lincoln, Franklin Roosevelt, Ronald Reagan. But those who win re-election eventually end up wondering whether they should have emulated James K. Polk instead. Why? Because he promised to serve only one term, and he stuck to it. Barack Obama is probably reaching that stage about now. Ten months after concluding a victorious campaign, he finds himself with a public approval rating of 44 percent. That's down 10 points since December -- and the same as that of George W. Bush at this point in his presidency. Obama's threat...

WILMINGTON, Del. (CBS) — Neighbors near Kosciuszko Park in Wilmington expressed anger and outrage Friday, after learning the details of a brutal gang-rape that happened in the park Thursday. Many children grow up looking up to their mothers. But one woman in Missouri is setting the wrong example for her kids. She allegedly took them along for a jewelry store heist. Surveillance video captures her going into a store with her two young kids, a boy and girl. The store owner says that the woman distracted him, while her kids filled up her purse with thousands of dollars in jewels. Police did recover $10,000 worth of merchandise and identified the woman in the surveillance video. However, thieving family is on the run tonight.

For his final New Rule of the night, Bill Maher returned to Syria and this week’s 12th anniversary of 9/11. With the country on the verge of bombing another Muslim country, Maher said, “America must stop asking, ‘Why do they hate us?’” “We’re starting to look not so much like the world’s policeman, but more like George Zimmerman,” he explained. “Itching to use force and then pretending it’s because we had no choice.” As much as he hates chemical weapons, Maher said, “We have to stop bombing Muslim countries if we ever want to feel safe from terrorism in our...

No one dares to call Liberals racist while allowing them to project their racism onto conservatives who rarely shine a mirror back at them. Well, there’s no doubt in my mind that Sarah Silverman is a racist after watching a Funny or Die video posted that implies the NRA would be frightened by a “Black NRA” (allowing all young black males to have guns). How racist is Sarah Silverman that she believes we all should be frightened by the thought of arming blacks? Obviously, the black community suffers a high crime rate (especially in gun-control cities like Chicago) and blacks...

Thanks to immigration, stronger laws and years of hard work, our poisonous biracial era is ending.Suddenly, we are being dragged back to the 1980s--a time when race was front and center as the great American divide, a time of anger and backlash and showboating. We are dragged there by the Trayvon Martin verdict, by the Supreme Court's decision to void a key section of the 1965 Voting Rights Act and even by the slow dissolution of immigration reform in the House of Representatives. There is an easy slippage into antique caricatures: Al Sharpton is back; Rachel Jeantel, Martin's unfortunate phone...

Illinois' old law banning the concealed carry of firearms took another hit Thursday. A federal court already found it unconstitutional last year. Now the Illinois Supreme Court has taken the same position. Alberto Aguilar was 17 when Chicago police arrested him for having a loaded handgun with the serial number scratched off. He was convicted of unlawfully possessing a firearm and sentenced to 24 months probation. While his appeal was pending before the Illinois Supreme Court, a federal court in Chicago struck down Illinois' ban on public gun possession, finding it violated the U.S. Constitution. The Illinois legislature also legalized...

Attorney General Eric Holder and IRS officials advised black ministers on how to engage in political activity during the 2012 election without violating their tax-exempt status. Holder, then-IRS commissioner Douglas Shulman, and Peter Lorenzetti, a senior official in the scandal-plagued agency’s exempt organizations division, participated in a May 2012 training session for black ministers from the Conference of National Black Churches at the U.S. Capitol hosted by the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC). Holder spoke at the event. “We’re going to, first of all, equip them with the information they need to know about what they can say and what they...

President Obama's pitch for a military strike in Syria looked so politically clueless that he left supporters and foes alike scratching their heads: What was he thinking? For some, the answer was obvious. Because every conspiracy theory ever concocted about the President — from him being a secret Muslim agent sent from Kenya to take over the government to gay-sex-and-cocaine binges in the backseats of limousines — all make perfect sense if you simply accept the foundational supposition that Obama hates America. In a Wall Street Journal op-ed on Sunday, Norman Podhoretz argued that Syria showed the swift collapse of...

Gary said Dr. Bao was made to be a scapegoat and was wrongfully fired from the medical examiner's office. He said his client was prepared to offer proof that Martin was not the aggressor. "He was in essence told to zip his lips. 'Shut up. Don't say those things,'" Gary said. Gary said prosecutors never asked Dr. Bao a question crucial to their case. "He wanted a question that would have allowed him to explain to the jury with scientific evidence how there was no way Trayvon Martin could have been on top of George Zimmerman," Gary said. Gary said...

Sometimes, extreme pressure to “go over to the dark side” wins out. No, I’m not saying Mr. Zimmerman went over–but you’re very close. As for the headline of this article, you have to read down to the end for a clear explanation. With the likes of Bashar Assad and Vladimir Putin appearing to have come out on top due to the way they’ve deftly played the bumbling Barry Obama and John Kerry over Syria-gate, the administration and its media agents needed a new distraction. Enter Shellie Zimmerman, fresh from her recent negotiations with ABC News for her soon-to-be-ex-husband-bashing interview from...

Posted: 10:05 PM Last Updated: 26 minutes ago •By: Jacqueline Ingles LAKE MARY, Fla - Lake Mary Police are now questioning the validity of several statements Shellie Zimmerman made when she told 911 dispatchers her estranged husband, George Zimmerman, threatened her and her father at gunpoint Monday afternoon. "We did not find a gun, did not locate a weapon," said Zach Hudson, public information officer with the Lake Mary Police Department. "Nobody ever saw a gun. A gun is not part of this story." Still, a gun was at the crux of the account Shellie Zimmerman provided to 911 dispatchers...
