MINNEAPOLIS — A Minneapolis day care owner has pleaded guilty to trying to kill a toddler in her home. Forty-three-year-old Nataliia Karia entered the plea to attempted murder and third-degree assault.

A child too young to speak helped Atlanta police officers catch and arrest a teen accused of swinging his 7-month-old son by his feet and dangling him over a ravine, according to police. ELKHART -- Police believe a 13-month-old girl who suffered a fractured skull Thursday may be the victim of child abuse.
