In Last Tuesday’s win over Chris McDaniel, Senator Thad Cochran engaged in all manner of political chicanery and racial subterfuge. In a scheme concocted Haley Barbour, the Cochran campaign accused Chris McDaniel and the Tea Party of plotting to disenfranchise African-Americans. When asked to comment about Team Cochran’s unethical and borderline illegal tactics– NH GOP Senate candidate Scott Brown giggled demonically…. “I know you’re not gonna like it, but…I don’t really care about what happened in Mississippi.

Former Sen. Scott Brown said Friday he would not run in a special Senate election in Massachusetts, dealing a setback to Republican hopes of winning the seat being vacated by Secretary of State John Kerry. Brown, who electrified his party with an upset win in a 2010 special election but lost his re-election bid in November, ended weeks of intense speculation about his future with a written statement announcing his decision. … GOP officials in Washington and Massachusetts widely considered Brown the strongest possible Republican candidate in a state that traditionally favors Democrats. With Brown out of the running, potential...

Scott Brown clearly felt that his oath to support and defend the Constitution was not worth anything at all. For when President Obama just, on his own authority, declared the Senate in recess and appointed officials to fill select vacancies. Those appointments have now been ruled unconstitutional and beyond the president's power. Senator Kerry will likely be confirmed to be Secretary of State next week. Let's not have Scott Brown as the republican nominee to replace him. He doesn't give a damn about the Constitution and just wants power. Hopefully, Keith Ablow will run, or somebody else who will stand...

When Republican Scott Brown stunned the political world in 2010 by winning the U.S. Senate seat held for 46 years by Edward M. Kennedy, it was former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney who introduced Brown at the joyous victory party in Boston. A few weeks later, still basking in the rock-star glow of that unexpected win, Brown returned the favor. He introduced Romney at the annual Conservative Political Action Conference as “one of the Republican Party’s bright lights” and “my very, very dear friend.” But now, as the two men anticipate tough general-election battles in the fall, their paths are beginning...

Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney's (R) healthcare speech drew quick support from fellow Bay State Sen. Scott Brown (R), who called Romney's defense of the state's healthcare plan "courageous." Brown, who's up for reelection in the typically Democratic state next fall, offered Romney political reinforcement following the former governor's highly anticipated healthcare speech on Thursday. "Governor Romney showed a lot of courage today by standing his ground on the reforms he put in place in Massachusetts," Brown said in a statement. "What he did as governor worked for Massachusetts by getting health insurance to more people."

(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown declared on the Fox 25 Morning News Wednesday that he had seen proof that Osama bin Laden was dead. Hours later, he was back tracking. It turns out the picture was a fake, and it now appears he wasn’t the only senator fooled by it. When asked if the photo should be released, Brown said: “If it's for informational purposes, to serve a specific goal, then possibly. Listen, I’ve seen the picture. He’s definitely dead, and if there's any conspiracy theories out there, you should put them to rest, ok? He...

BOSTON (AP) -- U.S. Sen. Scott Brown defended his decision not to pursue a criminal investigation against the camp counselor he said molested him when he was a child, saying Tuesday that he's not looking to settle old scores. Brown details the encounter in his autobiography "Against All Odds," which tells the story of the Republican's troubled childhood and his election to the Senate seat held for decades by the late Democrat Edward Kennedy.

The National Republican Trust spent nearly $100,000 last year to help Scott Brown win the U.S. Senate seat of the late Edward M. Kennedy, Massachusetts Democrat, but now the conservative political group wishes it had that money back to help kick Mr. Brown out of office.

U.S. Sen. Scott Brown said this morning he’ll take part in the bipartisan seating at President Obama’s State of the Union address, urging that people need to move past the “itty-bitty letter” signifying he’s a Republican at the end of his name.

Scott Brown ran for the Senate vowing to rein in government spending and cut the federal budget deficit. A year later, he is open to increasing the national debt limit so the government can both spend and borrow more. The clash between his campaign rhetoric and voting record underscores the theme of the Republican's first year replacing a liberal icon, the late Sen. Edward M. Kennedy. To the frequent surprise of Democrats, and often the chagrin of conservatives and tea party activists, Mr. Brown has largely kept his pledge to be a bipartisan legislator. He has voted bills up or...
