In last Sunday's Parade Magazine, in the Personality Parade section, a reader of the magazine asked the question: If Sen. Hillary Clinton is elected President, will her husband be called the First Gentleman? Bill Clinton got more than he bargined for when he ate at Palm Beach's famed Bice restaurant with James Carville and 10 others last weekend.
