A hateful scooter-riding suspect knocked a yarmulke off a Jewish man’s head in Brooklyn this week, police said Friday. The 49-year-old victim, wearing traditional Jewish attire, was looking at his cellphone on 18th Avenue near 45th Street in Borough Park around 7:20 p.m. Wednesday when two men drove past him on a scooter and stopped, cops said. The passenger got off the scooter, approached the man and said something indecipherable as he slapped off the head covering the victim was wearing, authorities said.
