Former Trump campaign staffer Alva Johnson joined All In With Chris Hayes Tuesday night where she spoke about the lawsuit she filed against Donald Trump on Monday. In the lawsuit, Johnson alleges that Trump kissed her without consent before a campaign event in August of 2016, and that she was grossly underpaid while working on the campaign. Of the unwanted kiss, Johnson said she’d given Trump words of encouragement before the event and after a brief exchange he went in for a kiss.

New England Patriots safety Duron Harmon has announced he will not be joining his team at the White House to celebrate their victory in Super Bowl LIII.

For the third straight year, the New England Patriots are in the Super Bowl. After beating the Kansas City Chiefs, 37-31, in overtime in the AFC Championship game Sunday, Tom Brady and Bill Belichick have the Patriots in position to win their second Super Bowl in three years and third in five years. Democrats have an endgame in mind when it comes to thwarting Brett Kavanaugh's Supreme Court confirmation. Sen. Mazie Hirono, D-Hawaii, revealed as much in an interview this week.
