The National Hurricane Center said Wednesday evening (July 4) that two areas of tropical weather in the Atlantic Ocean have a "medium" chance of developing into more organized systems over the next two to five days. An area of low pressure west-southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands, a few hundred miles south of Bermuda, features disorganized showers and thunderstorms.
