An emergency proclamation issued Thursday in Stillwater, Oklahoma, requiring the use of face masks in stores and restaurants was amended Friday after threats of violence. Prosecutors Monday released video of a Stillwater bail agent fatally shooting one of her clients last year at her office. Chasity Dawn Carey was charged with first-degree murder after the shooting.
