Michael Cohen, former President Trump’s onetime fixer-turned-foe, is expected to take the stand on Monday in Trump’s New York criminal trial, according to a source with knowledge of the matter. Billed as a star witness for the Manhattan district attorney’s office, Cohen’s testimony is expected to mark the culmination of prosecutors’ case in chief as it approaches its end. It could last multiple days. Cohen is expected to implicate his ex-boss as he testifies about a hush money deal with adult film actress Stormy Daniels that underpins Trump’s case. Many of prosecutors’ witnesses so far have conceded they had no...

Stormy Daniels, the porn actor paid hush money to keep an alleged affair with Donald Trump secret ahead of the 2016 election, has taken the stand Tuesday in the former president’s New York criminal trial. Daniels, wearing black with her hair in a clip, smiled nervously as she entered the room, walking quickly toward the stand. She put on a pair of black, thick-rimmed glasses as she started. Trump was whispering with his attorney, Todd Blanche, and watched Daniels as she prepared to begin her testimony.

BELEN, N.M. (KRQE) — A 6-year-old boy’s lemonade stand was burglarized last week in Belen, New Mexico, while he was trying to raise money for a good cause. After news spread about the theft, the community stepped up and rallied around him. Connor Brock had a goal: raise $250 to donate to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital as part of their “Lemonade Stand in July” challenge. His parents were also raising money for Connor’s benefit: “Connor has autism level two, and we’ve used the lemonade stand not only to benefit St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital but also to teach Connor responsibility,...

President Joe Biden’s top national security aides told reporters on Monday that despite the risks it entailed, the president felt it was “really important” to make the surprise trip to Ukraine. “He was excited about making the trip. I think he felt it was really important to stand up next to President Zelenskyy and speak the way that he did today,” National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan said on a conference call with press. “[He] felt he had an important mission to undertake, and he was eager to do it,” he added.

The Congress empaneled a grand jury against Steve Bannon, that found him in Contempt of Congress today. And it is reported they filed an arrest warrant against him for it. Here is what he said just before it was issued. Paraphrased, Defiance against Tyrants.

The lone survivor allegedly shot by Kyle Rittenhouse during a night of mayhem took the stand Monday and emotionally described how he feared for his life after watching the teen fatally shoot another man at close range. Gaige Grosskreutz, 27, a trained medic who had provided aid at around 75 protests, denied that he was trying to kill Rittenhouse, then 17, by pulling a pistol on him after the teen fatally shot two other men in the streets of Kenosha, Wisconsin, on Aug. 25, 2020. “That’s not the kind of person that I am. It’s not why I was out...

Wednesday on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” host Joe Scarborough reacted to reporting saying New York prosecutors have assembled a special grand jury to consider evidence in a criminal probe into former President Donald Trump’s business dealings. Scarborough echoed what he had heard from people in the legal field around New York, which is that unless there is an open and shut case, “you just don’t put a former president on the stand unless you have an open and shut case.” Because of that, the former GOP congressman said not to expect to see Trump on the stand.

No more 50-yard line, compromised apologies. Stand and worship. Stand and pray. Stand and make a real difference and stand for your country !We are in an unbelievable season where our nation’s cities are being attacked and held hostage by shipped-in, paid rioters and protesters. We are under siege with anarchists hiding behind George Floyd, a few bad cops and the endless sea of acting out leftists who hate Trump simply because he breathes air. We are seeing some burning flags in protests and the infamous ‘take a knee’ movement is growing with taking a knee cropping up at public...

Everybody believe deputies on the radio for 4 minutes during the slaughter, hiding outside the school, were not given direction by the Sheriff? I don't.

Senator Jeff Flake (R-AZ) gave a bridge burning speech on the Senate floor after news broke that he will not seek re-election in 2018. According to Daily Beast reporter Andrew Desiderio, every lawmaker who attended the speech , both Democrats and Republicans, stood and clapped for Flake — except Rand Paul.  The KY lawmaker didn’t see the virtue in trashing Trump as tax reform is on the table. Trump hater and RINO Jeff Flake trashed the Republican party and POTUS Trump on his way out the door! “All stood and clapped after Flake’s speech—except @RandPaul,†tweeted Desiderio.Good riddance! The Star Spangled Banner As MOST - especially the kneelers - have never heard it. The actual history behind the words to our National Anthem....our song, as an American. And, why - as George Washington declared - 'we (the American Christian) will die on our feet, before we live on our knees'. We will never capitulate and lay down the colors of 'that flag'.

This is why the Dallas Cowboys are my team; I love the attitude. Sure some grown immature snowflakes will call out Jerry Jones, but it’s his team, and he loves America. Just as Jones sets requirements for his team, he expects commitment and loyalty. If he’s paying the salaries, why can’t he impose these rules on his team? If you have a problem with this, then you don’t want to be a Dallas Cowboy, or you should explore joining another team where they let you disrespect the American flag, but that won’t happen in Dallas.

Earlier today EW Jackson hosted a conference call with Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz. The open call was part of a weekly feature for Jackson and his organization STAND.Cruz began with opening remarks on his position on religious freedom and how he'll push back against the PC police whenever they try to admonish someone for being religious. Cruz then touched on his continued fight to defend traditional marriage. His opening was short and narrowly focused as he seemed genuinely more interested in taking questions than filling the time up with prepared talking points, which caught me as unexpected and a...

LAS VEGAS — Hundreds of journalists declined to stand during the national anthem at the Democratic debate at the Wynn Las Vegas, with only 20 out of nearly 400 rising from their seats, some recognizable from conservative media outlets. There are differing views as to the proper convention for a televised national anthem, though some suggest that when the anthem is played at a public event, even on television, those present should stand–even if they are observers. At the Republican presidential debate at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, California last month, few journalists stood for the anthem

Conservative black leaders are calling President Barack Obama’s likening of homosexual activism to the 1965 Selma to Montgomery civil rights march “ridiculous” and “an insult.” […] “I think it’s a problem not only for the president but for a lot of people, who are deeply misguided, to compare people who are protesting to have their behavior, their sexual behavior, recognized as some kind of civil right or for that matter civil virtue and compare that to people who are trying to vote, trying to go into a restaurant and get a sandwich, are trying to stay in a hotel overnight...

The White House must have thought Republicans in Congress would fall in line behind Speaker John Boehner and let President Barack Obama do what he’s “gotta do” on executive amnesty for millions of illegal aliens. Politico reports that as Republicans have instead organized behind incoming Senate Budget Committee chairman Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) to oppose the President, the Democrats and White House—including Obama himself—are showing signs of weakness. Obama showed his frustration during a press conference in Myanmar on Friday, Politico’s Seung Min Kim and Carrie Budoff Brown wrote late Friday night. “They [Republicans] have the ability to fix the...

COMMONERS President Obama went for a walk last week, and even mingled with some commoners beyond the White House walls. The “surprise” occasion was (shockingly) captured on camera and widely disseminated; the White House posted the “raw video” here. Most of the commoners were thrilled to encounter the president walking amongst them. One woman was “so excited,” and remarked that it was “like the best day of my life.” One bro fist pumped while yelling: “America! Freedom! Peace! Hope! And charity! [sic]” But not everyone was so impressed. At the 2:41 mark, you can see some disgruntled workers who are...
