    Yulia Skripal has reportedly refused assistance from the Russians since waking up in hospital, as her home country claims Britain has "abducted" her. The daughter of Sergei Skripal, a Russian double agent spent weeks in a critical condition after being poisoned with nerve agent novichok, which is thought to have been smeared on the front door of Mr Skripal's Salisbury home. The 33-year-old was taken to a 'safe house' on Monday after being discharged, and according to The Times has refused consular assistance from the Russian Embassy.
