This is the so-called “Golden Finger,” the safe route through the majority black inner-city near east side. Today’s NON-event in Congress has caused MASS demoralization in DUmmieland. Instead of some congressional uprising against the Ohio vote, there was a massive YAWN in both congress and in the media. All the handful of congressional loonies and Barbara Boxer accomplished was to put up a minor speedbump on the road to the inevitable result of Bush’s official notification of victory. No protests, little media coverage, and even less public interest. In fact, the vast majority of the public are completely unaware of the minor speedbump thrown up today. They just got done with the house debate, now they are doing the Senate. Unlike the DU retards, I actually have a job and didn't have the time to waste to sit home and listen to this. It's beyond pathetic what the Democratic Party has become. They've totally embraced Michael Moore as the head of their party.

Well, the Far Left had their little play today, their chance to howl on national TV about all of the fraud and theft on November 2nd. In the end, the Senate voted 74-1 and the House 267-31 to reject the certification challenge to Ohio's electoral votes. The deposition was part of an election challenge lawsuit filed at the Ohio Supreme Court. Though Election Day was almost one month ago and Sen. John Kerry conceded the presidential race, his campaign is still not giving up in Ohio, the state which gave President Bush enough electoral votes for re-election.
