FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler has made some last-minute revisions to his net neutrality plan after Google and public interest groups pressed for the changes, according to sources at the commission. Google, Free Press and New America’s Open Technology Institute last week asked the commission to revise language they said could unintentionally allow Internet service providers to charge websites for sending content to consumers. They claim laws of the 1930's as their authority. The 1930's are well before computers and internet existed. The FCC has no authority to regulate the medium. Governor Sarah Palin brought focus onto the military veterans who have served this nation in a powerful speech delivered at this year’s CPAC conference. Palin focused on the sacrifice veterans and their families have given to this country, and how our D.C. politicians and the current Obama administration have failed their service. It was a well received emotional speech that resonated strongly with the audience. After her remarks, Palin took a few questions from the event moderator. The Kansas Senate has passed SB 45, the bill that moves Kansas into the constitutional carry status of Arkansas, Arizona, Alaska, Wyoming, and Vermont.  If the bill passes the house and is signed by Governor Brownback, a person who can legally own a firearm and who is 21 or over will be able to carry a firearm concealed without fear of prosecution.   The bill, SB 45 had 26 cosponsors and was introduced by the Majority leader, Terry Bruce, of Hutchinson.  The bill passed with an overwhelming, veto proof, bi-partisan margin of 31 to 7.  The seven members that voted...
