Actor Robert De Niro said Tuesday on ABC’s “The View” that former President Donald Trump and his supporters were filled with anger and hate. Co-host Sunny Hostin said, “Some people have criticized you, because you’ve been pretty open about your dislike for Mr. Trump and the dangers he poses to democracy. You once famously said you’d like to punch him in the face. But right now he’s leading in the polls in five battleground states. Any advice to the Biden campaign or the voters? What are you thinking?” Heavily censored, De Niro said, “Well, I think I don’t understand why...

President Joe Biden has reportedly used the ‘Bidenomics’ slogan only three times in 2024 after Republicans successfully redefined it with a negative connotation. In contrast, Biden reportedly used the term 100 times in 2023. Biden’s aides originally adopted the term for voters to readily identify Biden’s economic policies and alleged successes. But after data continued to show that prices rose and remained about 20 percent higher across the board under Biden’s leadership, Republicans effectively hijacked the term, turning it into a slogan to depict Biden’s failed economic policies.

President Joe Biden and those in his administration, particularly Vice President Kamala Harris, have been touting “Bidenomics” as their new slogan as they gear up for the 2024 campaign season. For instance, on August 4, Harris declared, “Bidenomics is working… America’s economy is strong and experiencing stable and steady growth… And unlike economic recoveries in the past, this growth is not only being felt on Wall Street. But, more importantly, it is being felt on Main Street, especially by people who start and own small businesses.” A month prior, while in South Carolina, Biden had stated, “Bidenomics is just another...

AMC’s Breaking Bad star Bryan Cranston is no fan of former President Donald Trump’s “Make America Great Again” slogan. In an interview Sunday with CNN’s Chris Wallace, the actor argued that “MAGA” could be construed as “racist.” “When I see the ‘Make America Great Again,’ my comment is, do you accept that that could possibly be construed as a racist remark?” Cranston said. “And most people, a lot of people, go, how could that be racist? Make America Great Again? Just ask yourself from an African-American experience, when was it ever great in America for the African-American? When was it...

President Donald Trump's campaign is selling limited-edition baby onesies on its website with the words "Baby Lives Matter" in the same style and font as the "Black Lives Matter" movement logo.

Say goodbye to MAGA Country, and hello to … KAGville? “How do you give up the number one call it theme, logo, statement, in the history of politics for a new one?†Donald Trump asked an overflow crowd in Orlando, where he formally launched his re-election campaign. Simple — you declare mission accomplished to Make America Great Again. The new mission statement: Keep America Great. And indeed, the president declared victory on a number of fronts: Trump claimed his presidential tenure has borne true his new campaign slogan, pointing to his administration’s accomplishments.“We have really done it,†the Republican said....

A Benton, Illinois, mother was shocked when she saw a kid’s shirt she had ordered for her three-year-old daughter from a Chinese retailer featured an iconic NWA lyric: "F*** the police." Kelsey Dawn Williamson, 23, told BuzzFeed News that while the shirt certainly doesn’t represent her daughter's view of police enforcement, she still can't stop laughing at the situation. Williamson believed that the order she placed through AliExpress would feature just the characters of the classic children's books, Frog and Toad by Arnold Lobel. The mother has ordered from the retailer before for her daughter, Salem, and has never experienced...

House Democrats say they finally have a midterm slogan that can burst through President Trump’s “tweet” machine: “For the People.” Illinois Rep. Cheri Bustos, co-chair of House Democrats’ messaging arm, and her colleagues unveiled the new line Wednesday after a private meeting with members. They say it sums up the party’s position on three core issues: health care costs, infrastructure projects and efforts to expose corruption. “We basically put it all on paper to say here are our top issues — they’re simple, they’re easy to understand,” the lawmaker told Politico. “That’s how you break through this tweet machine coming...

House Democrats shared their new campaign slogan for 2018, per Politico: "For the People." Why it matters: Dems are trying to capture what they stand for by simplifying their economy-focused "A Better Deal" message, but neither slogan will inspire Democratic voters the way Trump's "Make America Great Again" broke through with Republicans. Show less Yes, but: Take it from Rep. Cheri Bustos, who told Politico that no one is "claiming this is poetic ... It’s just a way, in a quick way, to put together the answer to what we stand for.” The message will focus on using infrastructure to...

Was there ever any doubt that Trump would run for a second term? In his speech in Pittsburgh on Friday, Trump mentioned that the slogan for his reelection campaign will be "Keep America Great!". Well, if you were following the US Trademark Office, you would have noticed that Trump's lawyer filed for the trademarks "Keep America Great" and "Keep America Great!" two days before his inauguration! It's all in the plan. And ironically, the guy who had filed before Trump abandoned his filing the day after Trump filed. Did the guy reach a deal with the Trump campaign? Oh, and...

As I read the headline on the Democrats’ new slogan, “A Better Deal: Better Jobs, Better Wages, Better Future,” I couldn’t help but wonder who would fall for a party with a “lipstick on a pig” mentality. The party is what it is and no amount of PR, marketing or rebranding is going to change who it is and for what it stands. Maybe more importantly, the Democrats can’t market their way out of the sheer contempt many of us feel toward its party. Schumer and Pelosi can talk until they’re blue in the face, and they still are going...

The Democrats are working on a re-brand following their near-spectacular collapse from the days when they controlled the entirety of the legislative and executive branches, and are set to officially unveil a new slogan for the 2018 elections: "A Better Deal: Better Skills, Better Jobs, Better Wages."The slogan will be officially unveiled on Monday, per Vox's Jeff Stein. If this sounds familiar, it's basically a rip-off of the tagline of the pizza chain Papa John's, which is "Better ingredients, better pizza."While this is truly a terrible slogan, at least it's not anything the DNCC was toying around with at the beginning...

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee is field-testing a new bumper sticker slogan that says, "Democrats 2018: I mean, have you seen the other guys?" The proposed slogan appeared in an email from the DCCC asking subscribers to vote on which new bumper sticker they would like to own. The largely negative campaign angle earned a less-than-enthusiastic reception in some quarters of Twitter.

Bill Clinton in a desperate attempt to play the race card against Trump's campaign slogan "If you’re a white southerner, you know exactly what it means, don't you?" However, here is Bill Clinton using the same phrase during his campaign in 1991. Which he ripped off from Ronald Reagan.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=51ojuOt-TnU  Please share with all via email, social media, etc....

Hillary Clinton must be getting so jealous of Donald Trump’s marketing brilliance with his hugely successful “Make America GREAT Again” campaign theme. At the Republican Convention, Trump’s campaign theme brilliance was further embellished: Each day of the RNC schedule was focused on four cohesive sub-themes of “Make America Great Again.” . Monday: Make America Safe Again . Tuesday: Make America Work Again . Wednesday: Make America First Again . Thursday: Make America One Again This shows a great ability to organize & strategize – traits that will make for good leadership later. And traits desperately lacking on the Left. So,...

Hillary Clinton famously handed the Russians a red “reset” button when she took the helm as secretary of state. Now, she’s hitting that same button on her campaign message – unveiling a new slogan as she struggles to simultaneously heal divisions in the party and take on a surging Donald Trump. That slogan? “Stronger Together.”

The family of the black teenager shot dead by a policeman in St Louis are haunted by the image of him holding his hands up at the moment he was killed, a family member claimed today. Ty Pruitt said that the mental picture of Michael Brown surrendering was stuck in his relatives’ minds as it showed he was ‘killed like an animal’. Pruitt spoke out at an emotional Sunday church service during which Brown’s mother Lesley McSpadden sobbed and wiped the tears away from her eyes with a tissue. His father Michael Brown Sr stood grim faced whilst wearing a...

Clay Aiken appeared on CNN today to discuss his total serious and won't be a huge joke campaign for congress in North Carolina. Yesterday, rumors swirled about whether he was going to run, with insiders in NC and DC holding their breath, crossing their fingers, and looking up Ruben Studdard on YouTube. But now the awful suspense is over and we have our answer. Yes. Clay Aiken is definitely probably going to be a kind of candidate for congress from North Carolina for sure almost.

New Obama slogan has long ties to Marxism, socialism The Obama campaign apparently didn't look backwards into history when selecting its new campaign slogan, "Forward" — a word with a long and rich association with European Marxism. Many Communist and radical publications and entities throughout the 19th and 20th centuries had the name "Forward!" or its foreign cognates. Wikipedia has an entire section called "Forward (generic name of socialist publications)." "The name Forward carries a special meaning in socialist political terminology. It has been frequently used as a name for socialist, communist and other left-wing newspapers and publications," the online...
