And Moses answered and said, But, behold, they will not believe me, nor hearken unto my voice: for they will say, The Lord hath not appeared unto thee. And the Lord said unto him, What is that in thine hand? And he said, A rod. And he said, Cast it on the ground. And he cast it on the ground, and it became a serpent; and Moses fled from before it. And the Lord said unto Moses, Put forth thine hand, and take it by the tail. And he put forth his hand, and caught it, and it became a...

Powell's project -- created for her Installation: Urban Spaces class -- is reportedly called "Our Compliance" and aims "to expose white privilege." "Our society still actively maintains racist structures that benefit one group of people, and oppress another," the Chicago-born artist explained. "Forty to fifty years ago, these structures were visibly apparent and physically graspable through the existence of signs that looked exactly like the signs I put up. Today these signs may no longer exist, but the system that they once reinforced still does."

Okay folks, time to start aligning the signs we see around us and across the globe, to see if we are indeed at the end times. The end Times will technically last seven years. But since we believe the Rapture happens before the seven years start counting down, can we look at the signs which point to the coming seven years events and know the Rapture is even closer than that seven years?

An abortion rights activist stole the signs of a pro-life group and then threw them over the highway overpass where the demonstration was held. Members of Protest ABQ were attacked on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 in Albuquerque, NM while conducting a peaceful overpass demonstration to educate the public about abortion. The group uses posters of the abortion victims to show what abortion does to the unborn child in the womb. “Protest ABQ conducts weekly overpass protests to peacefully expose the violence that abortion inflicts on pre-born children in the womb,” Bud Shaver, Executive Director of Protest ABQ told Life Dynamics....

Extra-terrestrial life does exist, the head of NASA has confirmed, but said aliens were not hidden in Area 51. NASA Administrator Major Charles Bolden told British schoolchildren that he was confident that scientists would find life outside of Earth because there were so many planets that are similar to our own. Asked by 10-year-old Carmen Dearing if he believed in aliens, he said: "I do believe that we will someday find other forms of life or a form of life, if not in our solar system then in some of the other solar systems - the billions of solar systems...

Ford is to sell a car that can read road signs and adjust its speed accordingly to ensure the vehicle is not driving too fast. The speed-limiting tech can be activated via the steering wheel and briefly overridden by pressing firmly on the accelerator. The car company suggests the facility will help drivers avoid fines and could reduce the number of accidents. However, one expert said the innovation might only serve as a "stopgap". "There's a plan for speed restrictions to be beamed to your car's computer systems and controlled from there, rather than requiring street sign visual recognition systems,"...

Protests on the streets of Ferguson, Missouri, were significantly calmer on Tuesday night, but the peaceful atmosphere disintegrated amid a series of clashes that led to 47 arrests, with police claiming they were pelted with bottles containing urine. For most of the night demonstrations were calm with protesters holding signs and chanting, although the majority had taken the advice of leaders to wrap things up by nightfall. Then just before midnight, the protests took a turn for the worst after some people started throwing plastic bottles at police.

LOS ALTOS HILLS -- President Obama hit the Bay Area for a fast cash-and-grab fundraising drive Wednesday, but there were signs that even in one of the nation's most reliable Democratic ATMs, donor fatigue is setting in. There was no listed price for tickets for Obama's morning appearance at a roundtable in San Francisco for the House Majority PAC - the type of intimate gathering for which admission is usually $32,400 per person, the legal maximum. Some donors said tickets had been offered for a deep discount. And in Los Altos Hills, the heart of Silicon Valley big money, the...

A new state law allows residents to carry concealed weapons, pending approval of permit applications through the Illinois State Police. The first such permits are expected to be issued beginning March 1. “I prefer to shop in places where I feel safe,” said Katherine Mudd, a Western Springs member of Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America. She has children, ages 7 and 9, and has been handing out postcards to area businesses.

Submitted by Michael Snyder of The Economic Collapse blog, The death of the middle class in America has become so painfully obvious that now even the New York Times is doing stories about it. Millions of middle class jobs have disappeared, incomes are steadily decreasing, the rate of homeownership has declined for eight years in a row and U.S. consumers have accumulated record-setting levels of debt. Being independent is at the heart of what it means to be "middle class", and unfortunately the percentage of Americans that are able to take care of themselves without government assistance continues to decline....

There shall be a "worldwide" Earth (( Quake )) not from plate shifting but from outer space yet in this time and dimension for I AM shaking ALL that can be shaken and this does not include My kingdom or the heavenly for I AM The Rock and Cornerstone of Hope. Therefore all that put their faith on me shall stand and not fall for I AM. There will be utter darkness and then a light but this first light shall fade for it is a false light of hope but then I shall move and My light shall be...

It's a small sign with a big message, but Bartow residents are now being ordered to uproot their "God Bless America" yard signs. About 300 of the signs were handed out at First Baptist Church of Bartow following a Fourth of July sermon. But three months later, City of Bartow Code Enforcement says the temporary signs have worn out their welcome. Residents have three days to pack it up or pay a minimum fine of $25 a day. "Being a veteran, I felt like I was just kicked in the gut. I couldn't believe it, that I couldn't display my...

As Comet C/2012 S1 (ISON) heads closer to Earth, we’re getting a better view of what has been billed by some as the “Comet of the Century.” Astronomers say these new photos from the Gemini North telescope on Mauna Kea, Hawai‘i provide hints of how well this comet might survive one of the closest comet encounters with the Sun ever recorded, on November 28, 2013. With astronomy enthusiasts hopeful and optimistic about having a spectacular comet visible in our skies, it’s anyone’s guess if the comet will actually survive its extremely close pass of the Sun to become early...
