SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. (WEAR) — A registered sex offender from Milton is facing several charges after a report says he exposed himself to numerous pizza delivery drivers. John Allen Racine, 46, has been charged with multiple counts of indecent exposure. According to the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office, Racine called multiple pizza shops on several occasions requesting pizza to be delivered to his home...
