Lancaster County Sheriff Terry Wagner says one of his deputies pulled Eduardo Medina over on Interstate 80 for driving too closely to another car on the interstate. The deputy checked Medina’s background and found not only that he had been convicted of sexual assault, but that he had been deported to Mexico only three weeks ago.
