DALLAS (AP) — A Dallas man previously arrested in the death of an 81-year-old woman has been charged with killing at least 11 more elderly women whose jewelry and other valuables he stole, authorities said Thursday. The victims of confessed serial killer Coral Eugene Watts will be remembered at a ceremony at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 3 at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 3511 Yoakum Boulevard. The event also serves as a call to action, said Andy Kahan, director of the Houston Victims Assistance Center which is sponsoring the event along with Justice For All.
