Migrants entering the U.S. through breaches in border walls in Arizona continue, as more than 320,000 have been encountered so far this fiscal year. A video shows migrants taking selfies after successfully traveling from Mexico to Arizona. More than 10,000 migrants were apprehended in the Tucson Sector during the past week, according to an unofficial Border Patrol report posted on social media by Chief Patrol Agent John Modlin. In a video published by Fox News a large group of migrants are seen entering through a breach in the wall.

The taking of selfies is now considered legitimately dangerous. A review by the University of New South Wales concluded that taking selfies could actually pose a "public health problem." Referencing data from multiple peer-reviewed studies in both the U.S. and Australia since 2011, the review was published in the Journal of Medical Internet Research in September of this year.
  • Trump NYC judge posts naked selfies on HS Alumni page.

BREAKING: The judge presiding over Trump's NYC trial appears to have a peculiar hobby of posting half-naked photos of himself on a high school alumni newsletter he controls as reported on by @MarcoPolo501c3 . The 74-year-old judge Arthur Engoron appeared to even post a "Bonus-Torso-Photo" in what looks like the bathroom of a gym. One set of images seems to be progress pictures. One picture of a frailer, malnourished male (assumed to be Judge Engoron) is labeled October 2020. Another picture, labeled August 2021, shows the same body, flexing excessively to try and show off his muscle gains.

Cringeworthy prison selfies have emerged of double murderer Alex Murdaugh – who appears carefree and topless in his cell as he serves his two life sentences. Murdaugh is seen in dozens of images taken from his prison tablet, according to YouTube channel Phone Calls From Prison, which said it obtained the snaps from the South Carolina Department of Corrections in a Freedom of Information request. The disgraced lawyer is either wearing a white T-shirt or displays his pasty torso in his spartan digs at the McCormick Correctional Institution, where he is serving two life sentences for gunning down his wife,...

O.J. They could not mask their excitement, screaming...

Hundreds of migrants being bused to New York may turn into thousands thanks to the selfie trend, Todd Bensman wrote for the New York Post this week. Smart phones have played a huge role in migration with people in Guatemala, Honduras, and Venezuela using online sites that “serve as a real-time intelligence network,” Bensman, who is the senior national security fellow at the Center for Immigration Studies, continued:

Police in a Colorado town are pleading with the public to "stop trying to take selfies" with a moose on the loose in the area. The Erie Police Department posted a short video to Facebook showing the moose that wandered into town walking down a road with a police escort. Police said Colorado Parks and Wildlife officials are making plans to relocate the massive animal. "Please keep a safe distance (further than you would think is safe) if you encounter the moose," the Facebook post said. "Please, please, please stop trying to take selfies with wildlife." The department also asked...

McLean, Va.-based ID.me was originally launched in 2010 with the goal of helping e-commerce sites validate the identities of customers who might be eligible for discounts at various retail establishments, such as veterans, teachers, students, nurses and first responders. These days, ID.me is perhaps better known as the online identity verification service that many states now use to help stanch the loss of billions of dollars in unemployment insurance and pandemic assistance stolen each year by identity thieves. The privately-held company says it has approximately 64 million users, and gains roughly 145,000 new users each day. Some 27 states already...

A Malaysian student who had lost his phone found it again only a day later - with some unexpected new additions to his camera roll. Zackrydz Rodzi thought someone must have stolen his phone while he was asleep, but he couldn’t know for sure because there were no obvious signs of robbery. Speaking to the BBC, Rodzi said he woke up mid-morning on Saturday and realised his phone was gone. Pictures timecoded to 2pm on the same day show a monkey peering down the lens with bright green foliage and birds in the background. The monkey appeared to be trying...
  • Selfies with sea lions and their pups? Not a good idea, officials say

A pair of sea lion pups splashed and played at Point La Jolla last week, chasing each other in circles through a sheltered pool, while other pups lounged on the beach or sheltered in a crevice between rocks. Surrounding them was a crowd of visitors, cellphones in hand, some within arm’s reach of the baby marine mammals. The spur of land between La Jolla Cove and Boomer Beach is one of a handful of sea lion rookeries, or birthing beaches, on mainland California, making it a rare place to view the newborn pups with their mothers. But throngs of visitors,...

If the mainstream media wants to find out why fewer and fewer people take them seriously, a September 18 article in the Washington Post would be towards the top of the piles of evidence. The very title of the story by Hannah Natanson reflects both the extreme shallowness along with the obvious bias to produce the incredibly cringeworthy "Frederick Douglass photos smashed stereotypes. Could Elizabeth Warren selfies do the same?" Groan! And if you think the body of the article will somehow will redeem itself you would be wrong. It is also chock full of embarrassing cheerleading for Warren while attempting...

The tool lets users upload their photos, then view a classical-style faux watercolor, oil, or ink portrait based on the photo a few seconds later. Each one is unique. The tool’s creators at the MIT-IBM Watson AI Lab used generative adversarial network (GAN) models, a popular AI technique. It involves getting two neural networks to duel each other to produce an acceptable outcome: a generator, which looks at examples and tries to mimic them, and a discriminator, which judges if they are real by comparing them with the same training examples. In this case, they used 45,000 portrait images to...

Go fix your own country and then maybe we can have a chat about what you don't like about the U.S. Until then, MYOB Self-avowed “Feminist” Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau wasn’t decked out with “My Body, My Choice” signage when he met with American Vice-President Mike Pence on Parliament Hill yesterday, he was only looking for another pre-election selfie. Nor did the State Visit prevent über-Liberal Trudeau from trying to lecture Pence about New Pro-Life Laws cropping up, state by state in the U.S.A.
