Chelsea Clinton sent a sweet message to her mom, Hillary Clinton, on the former first lady's 74th birthday Tuesday, adding a throwback picture of the pair clowning around. "Thank you Mom for being a clown with me for Halloween, supporting all other costume choices throughout the years and always cheering me on," Chelsea, 41, wrote on Twitter. "Most of all, thank you for being such a wonderful grandma. Happy Birthday @HillaryClinton." While her daughter was looking back at their colorful Halloween costumes, Hillary was across the pond at the University of Oxford also thinking about the past.

“I know what you’re thinking. Did he fire six shots or only five? Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement, I’ve kinda lost track myself. But being as this is a .44 magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world, and would blow your head clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question: Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?” 2021 will mark 50 years since Clint Eastwood laid down that challenge as Inspector Harry Callahan, also known as Dirty Harry because he takes on any dirty job that comes along. The current Xbox One has a peak throughput of only 1.3 teraflops with a theoretical maximum of 200 GB/s of memory bandwidth, making Scorpio potentially over 4.5 times more powerful than the Xbox One. ... Unlike previous console upgrades, Project Scorpio will be fully backwards and forwards compatible with the Xbox One, including accessories, all games, and Xbox 360 backward compatibility. Explanation: Against dark rifts of interstellar dust, the ebb and flow of starlight along the Milky Way looks like waves breaking on a cosmic shore in this night skyscape. Taken with a digital camera from the dunes of Hatteras Island, North Carolina, planet Earth, the monochrome image is reminiscent of the time when sensitive black and white film was a popular choice for dimmly lit night- and astro-photography. Looking south, the bright stars of Sagittarius and Scorpius are near the center of the frame. Wandering Mars, Saturn, and Zubenelgenubi (Alpha Librae) form the compact triangle of bright celestial beacons farther...

The planet, dubbed GJ 667Cc, orbits a red dwarf star 22 light-years from Earth, in the constellation Scorpio. A binary pair of orange dwarf stars are part of the same system. (Related: "'Tatooine' Planet With Two Suns Could Host Habitable Moon?") The new planet has a mass 4.5 times that of Earth and orbits its host star every 28 days. The red dwarf is relatively dim, so the planet receives slightly less light from its star than Earth does from the sun. But most of the star's light is infrared, so the planet should absorb more of its incoming energy...
