MASON COUNTY, Wash. - The Mason County Sheriff's Office confirms one child was taken from a home where police are in negotiations with a man who claims he shot his family. Authorities report the man called 911 at 9:37 a.m. Friday, saying he shot his wife and children and was holding a gun to his head. There are unconfirmed reports that one child escaped.
