The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee's newly appointed executive director wants to cancel male political candidates. Lucinda Guinn, a former executive at pro-abortion fundraising giant EMILY's List, was named executive director of the embattled Democratic elections organization. The news comes as a blow to male Democrats, as Guinn has indicated on social media that she does not want men to run for office. In a February tweet, Guinn appeared to agree with another user's proposal that "we shouldn't let boys run for office anymore." The idea was initially raised by liberal think tank Third Way's senior vice president, Lanae Erickson, who...

Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) called for Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh to be impeached on Sunday, following a New York Times article that reported a new allegation of sexual misconduct from his college days. Harris did not mention, or did not know, that the authors’ own book refutes the allegation, which the alleged victim reportedly does not recall. The accuser — not the victim — also represented Bill Clinton during his impeachment.

The New York Times suddenly made a major revision to a supposed bombshell piece late Sunday concerning a resurfaced allegation of sexual assault by Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh — hours after virtually all 2020 Democratic presidential candidates had cited the original article as a reason to impeach Kavanaugh. The update included the significant detail that several friends of the alleged victim said she did not recall the purported sexual assault in question at all. The Times also stated for the first time that the alleged victim refused to be interviewed, and has made no comment about the episode.

Sunday on MSNBC’s “AMJoy” 2020 Democratic presidential hopeful former HUD Secretary Julián Castro called for the impeachment of Justice Brett Kavanaugh over a New York Times report about Kavanaugh’s potential involvement in unwanted sexual contact. Castro said, “Look, we know whether you are looking at impeachment of Donald Trump or anybody else that Mitch McConnell and his buddies, Republican buddies in the Senate are not likely to lift a finger. What’s happening right now with Donald Trump and what he’s doing and the presidency and what’s happening with this Kavanaugh process is that they’re completely undermining our democratic process and...

After the New York Times published their latest smear of Brett Kavanaugh, the left began foaming at the mouth, claiming that the article proved that Brett Kavanaugh lied during his confirmation hearing, that he is a proven rapist, etc., etc. Those of us who actually read the article saw it for what it was: another unsubstantiated smear. Well, it looks like even the New York Times is admitting their article was fake news. The article, "Brett Kavanaugh Fit In With the Privileged Kids. She Did Not" was adapted from The Education of Brett Kavanaugh: An Investigation, the forthcoming book from...

Morning Joe might have been more motivated by concern for Democrats than with upholding journalistic standards. But the show did today rip the New York Times for its "glaring omission" in failing to include in the original version of its article about a new accusation against Brett Kavanaugh the fact that the alleged victim doesn't want to speak and that friends say doesn't recall the incident. Joe Scarborough also criticized the Times for failing to mention that the person who brought forth the new allegation, Max Stier, was on the other side from Kavanaugh in the Ken Starr probe into...

In a major twist, NYTimes editorial was pressured to make a correction to it’s bombshell story about Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, that the “alleged victim said she did not recall the purported sexual assault in question at all.â€Editors’ Note says: “An earlier version of this article, which was adapted from a forthcoming book, did not include one element of the book’s account regarding an assertion by a Yale classmate that friends of Brett Kavanaugh pushed his penis into the hand of a female student at a drunken dorm party. The book reports that the female student declined to be...

Ronan Farrow reported the Media Lab at MIT concealed its relationship with Jeffrey Epstein as it secretly pocketed at least $1.7 million in his donations — far more than the school has admitted publicly. An Iranian propaganda campaign created fake Bernie Sanders supporters online, Facebook disclosed Tuesday. In a press release, the social-media giant said it had removed 652 pages associated with political-influence campaigns traced to Iran, including coordinated inauthentic behavior that originated in Iran and targeted people across multiple internet services in the Middle East, Latin America, U.K., and U.S.” The cybersecurity company FireEye, which first alerted Facebook to the influence campaign months ago, wrote in a separate posting on its site that it had traced the campaign—including posts from supposed “American liberals supportive of U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders”—to Iran through email addresses...

There really is nothing new under the sun. The infamous Salem Witch Trials started with a group of young girls claiming they were doing bad things because they were possessed. They then said that it was witches who caused them to be possessed, naming them without providing any evidence. The “witches” were then summarily executed. Well, eight in total, over just a few months. According to History.com: “The infamous Salem witch trials began during the spring of 1692, after a group of young girls in Salem Village, Massachusetts, claimed to be possessed by the devil and accused several local women...

The top Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee was overheard Wednesday discussing Democrats’ plans to investigate and try to impeach Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. New York Democratic Rep. Jerrold Nadler took a series of phone calls while riding the Acela train from New York to Washington, D.C., not knowing that the The Federalist’s Mollie Hemingway was also on the train and within earshot. Nadler is set to take over as judiciary chairman as a result of Democrats flipping the House in Tuesday’s midterm elections. Nadler claimed in one call that “there’s a real indication that Kavanaugh committed perjury,” claiming...

What happened to the multiple allegations of sexual misconduct levied against Brett Kavanaugh during his confirmation battle? The claims ranged from Christine Blasey Ford’s remotely plausible if unsubstantiated allegation of a violent attempted rape to Michael Avenatti’s completely outlandish and also unsubstantiated allegation of hosting serial gang rape parties. From September 12 to October 6, the claims absolutely dominated all major media. They ran on the front pages of all major newspapers and filled the hours on cable and network news. Magazine journalists at The New Yorker ran with the claims, despite massive corroboration problems...
