    Joe Scarborough said on MTP yesterday and Morning Joe this morning that the health care bill soon to be passed in the senate is a gift to the insurance companies. Can someone here explain why? Seems to me it's going to be a lot more regulation and mandates that the insurers have to comply with. That will cost them more $$$ which will just be passed on to business/consumers in premium increases.
