When Jena Jones opened up her absentee ballot last week, there was a lot more in the envelope than she expected. In addition to actual ballot, she and her husband, David, noticed multiple pieces of advocacy from Democrats. “I found a letter from the governor of Virginia asking me to please vote Democrat and ‘help keep Virginia blue’ this year. Then I got a letter from the Fairfax County Democratic Committee, giving me a step-by-step, yes-and-no what I should vote for as far as the meal tax and all those other things on the ballot,” Jena explained to WND and...

"We should carefully consider whether our election system, our election process, is critical infrastructure like the financial sector, like the power grid," Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson said. "There's a vital national interest in our election process, so I do think we need to consider whether it should be considered by my department and others critical infrastructure," he said at media conference earlier this month hosted by the Christian Science Monitor. DHS has a vital security role in 16 areas of critical infrastructure and they provide a model for what the department and Johnson could have in mind for the...

A month after county officials were unable to answer questions raised about discrepancies in the March election results, a hushed meeting was held last week between a ballot machine vendor, county officials and representatives of the incumbent state representative… but did not include those who uncovered the problems. Texas Scorecard‘s Tony McDonald first reported on Thursday that county records indicate nearly 1,800 more votes were cast in Hill County than there were voters. The previously undisclosed meeting was revealed in a Saturday statement made by the Texas citizen who uncovered the problems, Aaron Harris of Direct Action Texas. In mid-June,...

VIDEO AT LINK Putin Warns International Observers Being Sent Away From US Polling Stations As Globalists Prepare To Steal The Final Election From America In the outstanding video below which is now seeing some attention across the alternative media but will probably never be touched upon by most of the mainstream media, Russian President Vladimir Putin completely unloads upon Fareed Zakaria of CNN fame while telling him, among many other things, that AT LEAST two US elections have already been stolen, a warning to Donald Trump of what may be coming with the entire 'new world order' now on the...

A group that had been represented by the top lawyer for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign earlier this year is now being investigated by Ohio authorities for fraudulent voter registrations, including the registration of deceased individuals. Marc Elias, an attorney at Perkins Coie who has become the go-to fixer for Democrats and is now general counsel for Clinton’s presidential campaign, became involved with the Ohio Organizing Collaborative this May when he filed a lawsuit on its behalf to challenge the state’s voter identification laws. Now the group is being investigated by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal investigation after a local board...

A public interest law firm is threatening to bring lawsuits against more than 100 counties across the United States that appear to have more registered voters than living residents. The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), a law firm dedicated to election integrity based in Indiana, recently sent statutory notice letters to election officials in 141 counties putting them on notice of their discoveries. The group says if action is not taken to correct the questionable voter rolls, they will bring lawsuits against every single county on the list. “Corrupted voter rolls provide the perfect environment for voter fraud,” said J....

Elections are supposed to be color-blind, but not under Obama Black Americans today receive preferential treatment in the realm of elections and voting rights because the Left needs them to acquire and keep political power. To left-wingers it’s 1815, not 2015. Blacks today are unquestionably full citizens unhindered by officially sanctioned discrimination, but to the Left there are still crosses burning in front of black families’ houses while residents cower in terror inside.

RICHMOND — People registering to vote in Virginia would no longer be required to check boxes to indicate whether they are U.S. citizens or felons whose right to vote has not been restored under changes being considered by the Virginia Board of Elections. Voters would still have to affirm elsewhere on the application, under the threat of a felony conviction, that they are citizens and otherwise eligible. But instead of responding to separate questions about their citizenship or felony status, they would simply sign the form on a line near language that attests to their eligibility based on those and...

Contrary to the assertions of many, voter fraud is not a myth. It is a stark reality that exists nationwide, from the rural counties of Georgia to the urban centers of New York. The Heritage Foundation has documented nearly 250 cases where nefarious citizens, officials, candidates and campaign operatives conspired to commit vote fraud, compromising the integrity of our elections to achieve their ideological goals. That list is just a tiny sampling of voter fraud, and it keeps growing. In May, the Heritage Foundation highlighted several recent cases. Here are some of the egregious new additions to the voter fraud...

A coalition of civil rights and other activists demanded Thursday that U.S. Rep. Bob Goodlatte take action to revive a provision of the 1965 Voting Rights Act in a downtown Roanoke rally of more than 300 people. “I’m here to tell you something, Congressman Goodlatte. Fix the Voting Rights Act!” said Priscilla Ouchida of the Japanese American Citizens League, one of more than two dozen groups represented. Organizers hope the rally — which included state activists and national figures — will ramp up public pressure on the Roanoke County Republican, who chairs the committee where efforts to update the voter...

The heated debate over voter fraud and illegal voting has largely occurred without reliable data on the extent of the problem, but that may be changing with a new study that is gaining significant attention, including Guy Benson’s piece on Townhall. The study publicized by The Washington Post has shown that noncitizen voting may be much more common than most people probably suspect, and could have changed the result in close elections. Those findings also call into question other aspects of an electoral system that is effectively policed by the “honor system,” as Hans von Spakovsky has argued elsewhere.Federal law...

The foreign-headquartered company that recently purchased the leading U.S. electronic voting firm is boasting that it was highlighted in a report on how technology is making the election process more efficient, secure, transparent, accessible and reliable. The report, WND has learned, was authored by a firm with links to billionaire activist George Soros. The information comes after WND reported two weeks ago that SCYTL recently acquired the software division of a non-profit election organization tied to Soros’ Open Society Institute. Yesterday, WND reported SCYTL announced its technology will be deployed at more U.S. jurisdictions ahead of the 2014 midterm elections....

Something is happening in Colorado, and you better pay attention. Colorado Democrats, with the active help of some Republican county election clerks interested in shirking work, have devised a revolutionary plan to remake future Colorado elections. The plan is simple: ballots are automatically mailed out to every single person on the voter rolls. Ballots are even mailed to people listed as “inactive” voters at their last known address. Ballots are then voted and returned by mail. No more polling places. No more voters actually demonstrating an interest in participating in an election. The government will decide that for them, and...

President Obama said the long hours that some voters spent waiting to cast ballots in November require changes to the system, but a former Justice Department elections expert told WND the facts show there really isn’t a problem. J. Christian Adams worked in the Justice Department’s civil rights division and has been a vocal critic of what he sees as imbalanced enforcement of voting rights laws by the Obama administration. Adams is now an editor at Pajamas Media and author of “Injustice: Exposing the Racial Agenda of the Obama White House.” Adams said the horror stories mentioned by Obama were...

A Cincinnati news agency is (is reporting) that three Ohio voters have been charged with voting improperly. One is a nun who voted in place of her nun friend who died before the election. The nun is pleading guilty to the charge and is resigning her position. Another, Melowese Richardson, 58, a long-time poll worker and (according to today’s broadcast on this story by Fox News) loyal Obama supporter, is charged with either eight or nine counts of voting for other people. They seem to have been mostly relatives of hers. Fox News also adds that she at first admitted...
