Two 12-year-old boys were arrested Saturday night after one of them pulled a gun on two victims during an attempted armed robbery in the Garden District, according to New Orleans police. In a preliminary report, the Police Department said the juveniles approached a 48-year-old woman and a 31-year-old man at Chestnut and Philip streets about 8:45 p.m. They asked the two for a dollar, police said.
