A Canadian reporter for one of the northern nation's only conservative media outfits was arrested Sunday and carted away for doing his job faithfully on public property. Rebel News reporter David Menzies, who local and federal officials appear keen to shut up and lock away, confirmed to Blaze News that he was charged for alleged breach of the peace and trespassing for daring to pose questions to anti-Israel protesters outside Toronto City Hall. Menzies indicated that he will be suing the Toronto Police Service over this incident just as he is suing the Royal Canadian Mounted Police for a similarly...

"It was just amazingly confusing, because there was so much complete misinformation," he told LiveNOW & Then. "It was chaotic. And of course, there were limits to anything we could do." As confusing as the day was, Bain said he...

The acclaimed CBS reporter who was investigating the Hunter Biden laptop scandal before she was fired last week had her personal files seized by the network in an “unprecedented” move, sources told The Post on Thursday. Catherine Herridge — who is the middle of a First Amendment case being closely watched by journalists nationwide — was among 20 CBS News staffers let go as part of a larger purge of hundreds of employees at parent company Paramount Global. Her firing had stunned co-workers, but the network’s decision to hold on to her personal materials, along with her work laptop where...

Former White House aide and CNN contributor David Axelrod on Friday criticized President Biden for snapping at a reporter for the network who earlier asked about concerns regarding his memory and age. “Donald Trump is a gaffe-machine himself, but because he is energetic these questions are not as profound for him,” Axelrod said Friday. More concerning, Axelrod said of Biden, “was the way he reacted to [CNN reporter] MJ [Lee] when she asked a question, that was completely legitimate, which is what are you going to do about the fact that so many people have this question, and he snapped...

Video of the event, posted by Rebel News chief Ezra Levant, went viral on Monday. It shows Menzies asking Freeland about Canada’s refusal to label Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IGRC) as a terrorist organization — an ordinary question.

The unhinged Manhattan college professor who threatened to “chop” a Post reporter copped a wrist-slap plea deal in Bronx court on Monday. Shellyne Rodriguez, 46, will dodge jail time and won’t even have a criminal record if she makes it through as little as six months in therapy under the terms of her sweetheart deal with Bronx prosecutors. Rodriguez – who was axed from her Hunter College gig hours after the caught-on-video May 23 assault on reporter Reuven Fenton – pleaded guilty to a count of menacing, a misdemeanor, and to a harassment violation. Her record will be wiped clean...

Rep. Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass., claimed in an interview that the border with Mexico is secure, even as she acknowledged that waves of migrants are flowing into the United States. The state of America’s southern border has become a national news story in recent weeks as record numbers of illegal immigrants cross into the United States. While some Democratic leaders, such as the governor of Massachusetts, are increasingly wary of the crisis, Pressley insisted during a CNN interview on Wednesday that the situation is under control. CNN host Jake Tapper noted some Republicans' concerns about the lack of additional border security...

President Trump sparred with a reporter on the tarmac in Iowa on Saturday. Trump attended the Iowa State Fair on Saturday to address Iowans. Marxist Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis will take her findings from her garbage investigation into Trump’s efforts to challenge the 2020 election to a grand jury early next week. Former Republican Georgia Lt. Governor Geoff Duncan told CNN on...

WASHINGTON — President Biden insisted Wednesday that he “never talked business with anybody” after his son Hunter’s former business partner Devon Archer told Congress last week that he was on speakerphone during roughly 20 business meetings and even met his son’s foreign patrons at in-person events. “There’s this testimony now where one of your son’s former business associates is claiming that you were on speakerphone a lot with them, talking business,” Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy told Biden after a wind-power event in New Mexico.

HELSINKI, Finland — President Biden grew flustered with a reporter here Thursday and angrily told her that she doesn’t know if she will make it home — after he confused the nations of Iceland and Ireland, the latter of which he called his “home” despite nearly two centuries of genealogical distance. Iida Tikka, of Finland’s public broadcaster YLE, was the second member of the press in two days to provoke a presidential outburst in response to a question. “What actions will you take to assure Finland that US will remain a reliable NATO partner for decades to come?” she asked...

Far-Left justice correspondent for The Nation and frequent MSNBC pundit Elie Mystal suggested a "rich White person" take Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito to "see the Titanic" amid reports of a missing tourist submersible. Mystal was criticized for "wishing death" on Alito and later claimed it was just a "joke." Responding to a tweet from New York Times columnist David French calling his comments "vile," Mystal said it was a "joke" and included a link to the Supreme Court's Dobbs opinion that overturned Roe v. Wade last year, arguing, "This is vile." Several on Twitter accused Mystal of "wishing death"...

Former President Trump reportedly grabbed a reporter’s phone and tried to have him removed from a plane after being asked questions about the Manhattan district attorney’s investigation into the former president. According to a recording first obtained by Vanity Fair, NBC News reporter Vaughn Hillyard asked Trump a series of questions following his campaign rally in Waco, Texas, on March 25. The questions about the Manhattan investigation appeared to irritate the former president, who later said, “Don’t ask me any more questions,” on the recording.

In an apparent breach of the BBC’s impartiality code of conduct, a reporter for Britain’s public-funded broadcaster embraced Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in a hug at a press conference on Wednesday afternoon. During a visit to a military camp in Dorset, England alongside British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, President Volodymyr Zelensky was greeted with seemingly fawning admiration by a reporter from BBC Ukraine, Natalia Goncharova. When called upon to ask a question of the two leaders, rather than questioning President Zelesnky on the critical issues of the day, including his demand for Western leaders to supply fighter jets, BBC journalist...

Outgoing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) snapped at a reporter who asked if she intends to serve her full two-year term in Congress and refused to answer the reporter’s question. With Congress set to break for Christmas soon, Pelosi’s Thursday press conference could possibly have been her last press conference as a member of House leadership. Although Pelosi won reelection in the midterm election, she recently stepped down from House leadership to allow Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) to serve as the House Democrat Leader in the next Congress.
