Updated at 2 pm Jill Stein’s Pennsylvania recount attempt continues to sputter, with a Wednesday ruling from the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas denying her request to have the city’s electronic voting machines examined. The request to forensically study the machines was considered by her lawyers to be one of the best ways to determine the validity of the votes, and they had previously said they thought they had a chance in court. The city’s Election Board had already refused to let Stein’s computer experts examine the machines. Judge Abbe F. Fletman wrote in her decision that Stein basically missed...

In Detroit, one of the chief ways they engage in voter fraud is to count the same ballot MULTIPLE times. This is just ONE way. They also do some shady stuff with absentee ballots etc.

As Wisconsin recount results come in Milwaukee wards are showing anomalies that indicate potential absentee ballot fraud. The Wisconsin Board of Elections of elections is withholding Milwaukee absentee ballots from the official recount which as of day 5 shows Hillary Clinton losing 34,243 votes. In doing so they may be telegraphing to the public there has been vote fraud conducted on behalf of Hillary Clinton as the missing votes, whether or not they are all absentee ballots, vastly favor Hillary Clinton by a margin of 10 to 1. According to the official original vote counts, Hillary Clinton won Milwaukee county...

The Attorney General and President-Elect Donald J. Trump have filed separate complaints for mandamus, each asking this Court to compel the Board of State Canvassers (the Board) to reject the November 30, 2016 petition of Green Party Presidential Candidate Dr. Jill Stein to recount the votes cast in the November 8, 2016 general election for the Office of President of the United States, and to cease any and all efforts to conduct the requested recount. Both the Attorney General and President-Elect Trump assert in part that Dr. Stein’s petition failed to meet the requirements of MCL 168.879(1)(b) because she is...

Statewide recounts in key 2016 battlegrounds are proceeding in fits and starts -- but doing little to change the math behind Donald Trump's victory. In Wisconsin, one of three states where Green Party candidate Jill Stein has sought a fresh tabulation, the president-elect has even gained on Hillary Clinton. The push for a recount in Pennsylvania, meanwhile, is awaiting a federal court's OK, and a similar effort in Michigan has run into new judicial turbulence. But while Trump narrowly defeated Clinton in all three states, the numbers trickling in look unlikely to call into question the Nov. 8 results. “In...

THE GREEN Party-backed push for a recount of Pennsylvania's presidential election results will get its day in federal court. U.S. District Judge Paul S. Diamond on Tuesday ordered a Friday hearing to consider the party's request for a forensic examination of voting machines used across the state and a statewide recount of paper ballots. The proceeding will take place just days before the Dec. 13 federal deadline for the state to certify its votes, setting up a tight window for the examination should the judge allow it to proceed. "This is a step toward ensuring that voters of this state...

A federal judge in Detroit has called a hearing for 10:30 a.m. Wednesday to consider whether Michigan's presidential recount should continue after an unfavorable ruling by a state appeals court. U.S District Judge Mark Goldsmith's order allowed the recount to begin Monday, but his decision dealt with the timing, not the merits of the count. On Tuesday, a Michigan appeals court ordered the state's election board to reject Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein's petition for the recount, finding that she had no chance of emerging as the winner in the state. Goldsmith's hearing on Wednesday could sort out whether...

The Wisconsin recount had almost entered its halfway mark on the morning of December 6. With the state’s 10 electoral votes possibly at stake, how close is Wisconsin to finishing its recount?Six of the state’s 72 counties had completed the recount and fewer than half of the state’s votes had been recounted as of the morning of December 6.Another 12 counties had not submitted any recounted returns, and the rest of the counties had submitted partial returns, according to the Wisconsin Election Commission day 5 spreadsheet (posted December 5.) Some of the counties with partial returns are close to finishing,...

Michigan’s Court of Appeals ordered the state government on Tuesday evening to undo its previous approval of an election recount requested by Green Party presidential nominee Jill Stein. The decision will not interfere with the ongoing recount in the state, however, due to a 2-1 ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit that came out around the same time, according to the Detroit Free Press. The Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit upheld a ruling that U.S. District Judge Mark Goldsmith issued early Monday morning ordering the recount to proceed at noon that day, and...

If anyone thought a Michigan ballot recount was going to end up being a net positive for Hillary Clinton, they are intellectually disconnected from understanding the reality of how fraudulent the most democrat precincts are in Wayne County (Detroit) Michigan. Election laws put into place specifically to protect the fraud, and ensure the manipulative discoveries are never identified, now mean the votes cannot be recounted. ↠Likely Trump Rally In Louisiana To Support John Kennedy Senate Bid…Report: Kris Kobach and General Kelly Likely DHS Nominees… → Detroit Voter Fraud so Extensive Half of Initial Votes Ineligible for Recount… Posted on...

Diamond on Tuesday ordered a Friday hearing to consider the party's request for a forensic examination of voting machines used across the state and a statewide recount of paper ballots. The proceeding will take place just five days before the Dec. 13 federal deadline for the state to certify its votes, raising questions over whether that would leave enough time for a thorough examination should the judge allow the recount to proceed. Three voters in Florida filed a lawsuit in state court seeking a recount of the votes in November’s presidential election. The voters claim that Hillary Clinton really won Florida, but problems including hacking, faulty voting machines, and voters being turned away from the polls led to a Trump victory. They sued Governor Rick Scott, Donald Trump, State Attorney General Pamela Bondi, and 29 Republican presidential electors in the state. The lawsuit, filed by law firm Clint Curtis & Associates, demands a hand recount of every paper ballot in the state. In a press release, the firm said that in addition...
