The controversy over the no-bid contract previously set off a Twitter feud between the mayor of San Juan, Carmen Yulin Cruz, and the company, which is based in Whitefish, Montana, the hometown of Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke. FReeper help needed, please. Roughly a week or so ago, a FReeper posted an extensive list of relief supplies and ships that had already been delivered to Puerto Rico. SAN JUAN -- Sen. Bill Nelson doesn’t know how many Puerto Ricans have made their way to Florida since Hurricane Maria ravaged the Caribbean island on Sept. 20.
