The lawyer for ex-Penn State president Graham Spanier is raising new questions over what she called contradictions raised by the grand jury testimony of Cynthia Baldwin, the university’s embattled former in-house lawyer. Baldwin approached the state Attorney General’s Office about an “off the record” discussion in exchange for a deal in which the information she provided was not to be used against her, according to documentation released Sunday by Spanier lawyer Elizabeth Ainslie. A pediatric director at the James Cancer Hospital is pleading guilty to downloading child pornography onto an Ohio State computer. Dr. Christopher Pelloski, former director of OSU’s pediatric cancer radiation program at the Wexner Medical Center, has agreed to plead guilty to one count of accessing digital files intending to view child pornography, according to documents filed in federal court Oct. 8. ...The investigation led detectives to a computer’s IP address that traced back to Pelloski’s residence in Upper Arlington. Investigators, including the FBI, are looking into a claim that missing former Centre County District Attorney Ray Gricar was murdered by a former Hells Angel, according to Bellefonte police.
