...and John Ziegler. Their warranted hatred, disgust, and distrust of the media fuels them - and drives them. They don't give a crap about PSU. They care about the truth.

What a bunch of crap. We are to believe that Spanier, Curley, and others conspired to put a lid on the fact that Sandusky was buggering kids, but Paterno knew nothing about it.

How do they have time for this at Penn State?

Isn't PSU's C*ntfest taking place now?

Actually, you just backed into the truth. Nice job - you must be drunk.

GS, TC, GS, and especially JVP had no idea that js was a raging pedophile because mike mcqueary never told them he was.

Anyone that thinks thinks otherwise is doing so - not in deference to the facts, but rather due to some sort of bias or dislike that existed long before 2011.

Piss off. I have no regard for pedophiles, or their enablers.

Oh my. The supporters of “St Joe the Enabler” are out and about again. Everybody new but Joe blah blah blah...

Not true. I grew up in Pa., respected Paterno. I can’t come up with any explanation other than that McQ sold his silence for a job, and Paterno bought it.

These idol-worshiping scumbags make me ill. Here are some of Joe's own words to the grand jury:

Q: I think you used the term fondling. Is that the term that you used?

Mr. Paterno: Well, I don’t know what you would call it. Obviously, he was doing something with the youngster. It was a sexual nature. I’m not sure exactly what it was. I didn’t push Mike to describe exactly what it was because he was very upset.

Q: You recall this taking place on a Saturday morning, the conversation with Mike?

Mr. Paterno: Yes.

Q: When did you — did you do something with that information?

Mr. Paterno: Well, I can’t be precise. I ordinarily would have called people right away, but it was a Saturday morning and I didn’t want to interfere with their weekends.

I wonder if that kid who was raped by a dirty old man had a good weekend.

I’m sure “St Joe the Enabler” slept well, knowing the university football program wasn’t tarnished

Joe was just a simple, simple, football coach... he just did not know a man could rape a boy.

Aw shucks, golly gee whiz, this surely could not have happened in pristine Happy Valley!

Translation- Paterno thought “I’m not going to let this screw up our game day”. Dirtbag.

A boy being raped can surely wait until Monday...no biggie. /s

There are no ends that the jock-sniffers of this world won’t go to for “their” guy/team.

Unfortunately for your lie filled conclusion, the Jury didn't find McQueary's testimony credible, and in particular, the claim that a rape occurred that night was one of the few counts in the indictment on which Sandusky was acquitted.

But you and the other thugs in your lynch mob knew that, right?

Well, the jury that convicted Sandusky didn't believe what you believe, and in particular didn't believe McQueary was credible. McQueary's story was one of the very few counts in the indictment on which Sandusky was acquitted.

But you keep right on hating, and spreading your lies.

I've never gone anywhere near your mom.

You've been telling this lie for how many years now?

The first time you tell it, we can accept the idea that you simply suck up whatever the media shoves down your throat.

After you've been corrected once, and you tell the same lie again, those of us who're charitable can conclude you're dimwitted, so we remind you, "Hey dimbulb: You've been called out on this lie before."

Now after dozens of iterations we have to conclude that you're gullible AND stupid. But also a malicious liar as well.

I’ll say this about you, FlJoePa, you are a true blue friend through thick and thin.

Personally, I think Joepa knew what was going on to some extent but did not understand the magnitude of the damage done to boys who have been sexually abused and used like this. He was surrounded by perverts in power assuring him they were handling it.

I quoted Paterno's own testimony, not McQueary's. Paterno admits he was told, and his response fell so far short what is required of a decent human that I thought even the most delusional JoePa fans would turn against him. Sadly, I was wrong.
