Two teens arrested on murder charges last week in Maryland were supposed to be deported last year, but police in Prince George’s County refused to turn them over to ICE, the immigration agency said Tuesday. Former D.C. Congressman Walter Fauntroy, 83, is back in the U.S. after several years absence and, according to his attorney, he is in jail in Loudoun County, Va. Attorney Johnny Barnes said Fauntroy was arrested at Dulles Airport in Loudoun County Monday morning on his return from Dubai on an "unexpected" warrant from Prince George's County, Md. A Forestville teenager pleaded guilty Tuesday to fatally stabbing a 92-year-old neighbor who had acted like a grandmother to him and then making off with her credit card and cash last summer, authorities said.
