“Cheap natural gas is killing coal.” While that headline has been written dozens of times over the last few years, it continues to be true. The Competitive Enterprise Institute has been issued a subpoena by the attorney general of the VIrgin Islands to hand over all communictions between 1997 and 2007 on climate change.
